Had my second takeout fish fry last Friday. The first one was good with the exception of overcooked potato pancakes. I mentioned that to the bartender (Natasha) who just happened to also be the owner. She went back to the kitchen and requested them to be lightly fried this time. The meal was terrific. Their fish is lightly breaded and very meaty and flaky. Needless to say the Rooster has a new fan after my first 4 trips there. Service is exceptional. These people take customer service seriously. Chrissy the bartender does a terrific job even when incredibly busy and always does so with the best of attitudes. I don't know how I've missed this place- it's a "gem"!
Crazy-fun bar for dancing and superb bands. Excellent service. Cool black space - kudos to the designer who cooked up its understated elegance. Met some great people at the bar and outside for a smoke break. We're already planning a return trip for another dance-your-ass-off evening.
New to the area and have been driving by this place for w few weeks, always see a bunch of cars so we made a plan to visit and we’re not disappointed.
Nice clean place, lots of space and we can only imagine how fun this place must be normally. The outdoor deck looks like great place to unwind or get wound up after work depending upon the day you’ve had.
Our Food was great and the staff was super friendly. I had the fried chicken dinner and my wife had the Ruben. Both were great and you can’t go wrong with the fries or homemade chips both were great.
We will definitely be back to try some of the other great option on the menu and the beer list too !
Had the blackened walleye fish fry on Friday. Never had fish that was full of bones from end to end. All I was doing is pulling small fish bones out of my mouth. Sent back the haystack onions because they were barely warm. Waitress was told about the fish and did nothing to rectify the problem. Will NEVER return to this restaurant again.
We heard great things about Andrea's so we decided to go last night for a fish fry. It was a bit confusing how to get a table but it was busy so it made sense. However, once we were given a table, there weren't enough seats. Overall, the service could be improved, they seemed understaffed for a busy Friday night. The fish fry was good but I recommend take out.
Great food, relaxing/fun atmosphere, outstandingly friendly staff, and reasonable prices. A great place.
I really liked this place. Above average food. Great service. Ian was very busy but stayed on top of it with his high energy.
Love this place. Some of the best Tuesday night tacos I’ve had. The bartender was very nice and service was great. Good atmosphere. Not too crowded or noisy. The patio is great on a nice evening.
