Andrea’s Family Restaurant offers a variety of dishes in a cozy and inviting atmosphere. While our visit provided a decent dining experience, the restaurant fell short of meeting our expectations in certain aspects, resulting in a mixed review.
Upon entering Andera's, we were greeted by a friendly and attentive server who promptly seated us. The service throughout our meal was exceptional, with our server displaying professionalism, attentiveness, and a genuine willingness to ensure our dining experience was enjoyable.
The highlight of our visit was the beef onion soup, which was a favorite among our family members. The flavors were rich and well-balanced, and the portion size was generous. It was evident that care had been taken in preparing the soup, and it was one of the standout dishes of the afternoon.
However, our overall impression of the food was not as favorable. While it was not necessarily bad, it also did not meet our expectations. There was a lack of consistency in the preparation of the dishes, as some seemed to be merely reheated rather than freshly prepared. This resulted in a loss of freshness and flavor, which was disappointing.
The portion sizes at Andera's were commendable, as they were ample enough to satisfy our appetites. However, the quality of the ingredients used in some of the dishes left room for improvement. A wonderful truly authentic Greek restaurant, we had liver and onions, moussaka along with spinach pie. Sides were delicious carrot soufflé, chicken orzo soup (will definitely cure a cold) and Greek salad!! Great service from everyone especially Crystal!! Thanks and we will be back to try everything!! Oh and of course a great poor of house Chardonnay for $6!!!!
Very attentive waitresses! Atmosphere, is just comfortable, older restaurant. My family loves the large portions and the carrots souffle'..sounds awful but so good.
Great place. Breakfast menu not that big. I got biscuits and gravy, huge portion, but it wasn't hot at all. And we were one of the first costumers today. The server was super friendly

My wife and I ordered a catfish dinner and a chicken dinner from the specials board and while waiting for the soup and salad that comes with the specials, didn't receive said soup and salad. The waitress was seen standing around shoooting the breeze with the cashier and then went back to the kitchen to bring out the entrées. When I stated that we didn't get the soup and salad she said, "I didn't think YOU wanted the specials." The solution to their fail was they would send it home with me. For ruining my wife's birthday dinner out and not making any effort to make it right, I change my review to one star.
Great family dinner appreciated most by an older clientele. Prices are much less than a chain restaurant’s prices. Nothing pretentious, just good food.
We will be back. Keep up the awesome amazing work. They were so pleasant. Only second time w/ my brother when on vac. Now .moving here. Food is delicious. Thanks u guys.
Family owned with Homesome savory food. Came in for breakfast and felt like I was home, just like a home cooked meal. It was hearty , savory and delicious. And omgoodness those huge pancakes ???? ???? were so yummy. Best Biscuits I've had in a while. Service was great! They were friendly, quick and attentive. A place called home cooked meals.. A must try local spot with great service and an interesting history. Will come again and well recommended. Ya'll gotta try them!!
With a large menu selection, everyone will find something they like. And the food is tasty and plentiful at a reasonable price. Service was friendly and attentive, our glasses never ran dry. The place was busy but not crowded and it was easy to converse. Well worth return visits in the future. One last thing, even if you hate carrots, try the carrot souffle, it could have been a dessert!
