If she calls me "Doll" one more time. Ugh. Server was attentive but totally aggravating.
Pizza was good, very good. Crust was slightly doughy. Could have used one or two more hot minutes.
Restaurant was loud. Concrete floors, wood tables, wood chairs. Nothing to absorb sound.
Exterior was nice with holiday lights.
Have not yet dined here, but dash here quite often. Staff is always friendly. The pizza smells amazing!!! Thanks for the help feeding these hungry citizens!!!
Everyone was craving pizza so of course we had to go to Andolini’s. To start the garlic knots were a must and were delicious. The Littles went with a gluten free pepperoni pizza. I decided on the unlimited lunch combo.
Absolutely delicious and the staff is top notch. We had a build your own pesto pizza and loved it! The Biscoff gelato was amazing as well. Good vibes all around.
Husband and I were enjoying a date night along the Riverwalk. Was a gorgeous evening.... Los Cabos had a wait so we ventured over to Andolini's and sat at the bar. The bar area had zero patrons and was immediately available. The restaurant was extremely busy.... Loud, every table was messy, and kitchen staff was constantly howling for food runners. I get it... It's Saturday night. We started off with an order of garlic knots. Heard that I am supposed to pass when they offer marinara sauce or ranch to dip because you get charged extra. After a while they arrived.... Delicious hot, cheesy, and garlicky. We ordered an Athenian 14 inch pizza. Took a while but it arrived. Fresh hot and satisfying. Our server was also the only Saturday night bartender - she was frantically keeping up with the drink tickets and also constantly howling for drink runners. Still.... she was pleasant and kept our water glasses filled. She also checked with us to make sure we were enjoying our dinner. An appetizer and a pizza with tip came around to $40.
1st time customer. I wanted to treat my son-in law to pizza for the hard work him and my daughter put in on 12/7/24 at the River Walk for the families taking picture with Santa. I pass by Andolini’s, and decided to give them a try. It was a long wait but it was worth the wait. Great customer service, great pizza. Thanks
The food itself was very tasty but some may find it to be a little too greasy.
The service was pretty good except for my order coming to me without pepperoni, but they fixed it by bringing a corrected version of my order.
I would have preferred a side of crispy pepperoni like I asked for so I could have fixed it myself and been able to continue eating and save myself 20 minutes of wasted time as well. (I also overheard another table nearby with a similar problem.)
The bathrooms weren't filthy but there were paper towels on the floor and the under sink storage was exposed which I thought just made the restroom a bit less polished looking.
One more thing I noticed was the A/C return. The filter covers were completely coated in dust. This is usually a sign that the air filters aren't getting changed out often enough. It could also be that whomever changed the filters did not clean the covers while they were up there. If that is the case, you should have them start cleaning the covers from now on during the filter replacement.
Owner message: To save face, please have those filters changed and cleaned ASAP and I will refrain from posting the photos I took of your air return intake. Please provide your contact info and I will be happy to talk with you about my experience. After I see photos that corrective action has been taken I will update my post.
So the food was super good, kind of pricey though. So that’s a bit frustrating. But something that really made me mad is there absolutely no changing tables even in the women’s restroom I had to literally change my daughter on the sink counter… because of this reason I won’t return. Seriously especially since a ton of kids come here a changing table should be a requirement.
