It's been great , cabins are a little small, excellent service,I do miss the laundry room, very affordable for long term stays.
When me and my boyfriend first got there it was nasty the cabin smell like cat piss it was not clean there was trash in there there was dirty sheets on the bed there was cat poop all on the side of the bed on the floor under the beds the bathroom was not cleaned at all the toilet was not cleaned at all not to mention they nailed the windows shut and then do multiple coats of paint just to make it look like something was done when it wasn't it is a fire hazard when you can't even open a window we were there for some time very disappointed there was a mix up with the payment because of someone else getting involved but regardless we still paid we asked for a carpet cleaner finally got one it was so disgusting with the floor that the water was literally black every time we emptied it and we cleaned it more than 5 times in 1 day our AC was broke for over a week they didnt fix it all they did was give a small little baby window AC that didn't even keep that room cold even though we had 2 kids me being pregnant and a dog they have locked us out even when we made almost an entire payment and the guy said make something we made almost that whole weekly payment and they still locked us out for 2 days they are rude they do not communicate I had something that was going there because of my son's school and they keep telling me that it was not there they never received it even though they stole my mail I have called multiple times and they told me that it had went there with my son's name on it and they once again keep denying it they will steal from you they like to get rude and our AC unit was so far gapped from the wall I have pictures If I could rate this a 0 star I would but I can't so I have to give it a one do not recommend this place for anybody or anybody that is pregnant or has animals or kids don't recommend it at all oh and the wifi sucks bad
So I met my parents this morning at this, what I thought was a good place, and they paid 300$ for a dirty room with dirty sheets. Of course we seen all the reviews and thought maybe it was different. No, I would even think about letting my parents stay in such a filthy place. So anyone reading this ALL the reviews about it being disgusting and very bad..... Well please listen to the reviews. I wouldn't stay at this place. I wouldn't have left a bad review if I didn't see a speck of blood on the sheets when I got there and never been cleaned. Bad thing is the manager knew my parents were coming three days ago. Not disappointed but figured they would have taken pride in that place. My parents first time here in Indiana and the deal with this nasty place. So please read reviews and listen to the people.
Just drove by this place nasty dump who ever owns this place should be ashamed of there self. Slum lord wouldn't put my dog there for one night .
Man everything I can say about this place can be summed up in 30 Secs on my x account BnTcards with my landlord threatening me to change the locks and turn off the utilities on my wife cats and I. This is a true story. Also. 3 weeks after posting this can you imagine our mail has come up missing. I think that is also illegal. But im no lawyer. We have moved out since then. To a 4 bedroom home that we pay 950 for a month. We were paying 1200 for a cell at this place. This man was the worst human on the planet. And even though I moved. I refuse to ever let a family fall for this man's trap. Adam taylor.
The location is the best thing about this place. At first it was okay until I got a knock at the door just to have the "maintenance man" ridicule you (aka...me) and stomp his foot in a tantrum because my man didn't get every single piece of trash from cleaning his car out. But, I can say they did TRY to do something with the water line, (not sure what besides make a huge concrete mess right in front our front door!!!) They made mountains out of molehills. I would give -5 stars on Everything but location if I could. One more thing, don't be 12 hours late on your rent because the lock will literally be changed on you while you are INSIDE and then threatened by having the law called in you. STEER CLEAR!!!!
Adam Taylor, landlord as he insists that we call him, consistently throws our mail in puddles, it takes months for things to get fixed. Our rent has been $270/wk. after I called him out about leaving our mail in the puddle he told us we could just move. When he ran our bank for th rent THE NEXT DAY it mysteriously had jumped to $300! There was no communication!!! Thieves!
The rooms and interior definitely need updated especially for the price that they want. The location is great. The property manager is amazing. There aren't any landline phones, there isn't any internet unless maybe you go up directly next to the office. The TV's are from back in the 90s, the carpet is the worst, but there aren't any bugs and there isn't any drug issues or violence. Plus it's pretty quiet.
