I was in town for work and literally searched for “best Mexican food” and Andele’s appeared and I’m so glad! James has friendly, attentive and helpful. I ordered the Number 1 Combo and James suggested getting it topped with an over easy egg as apparently that’s a New Mexican thing so I did and wow- delicious. Everything in the meal was unique and full of flavor with a portion so large I brought half of it home with me! Highly recommend!
Chicken tacos -Dry meat. Who serves full pieces of cilantro? Under seasoned. Guacamole was under seasoned as well. Sauces were average and you have to get up and seek them out. Very disappointed based on previous reviews.
Waiting staff was super friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. Salsa bar is also great! Number 1 Verde was the big winner though. Posole was a nice touch. Burrito was good but red sauce is not my favorite (tasted like nothing but spice), and kind of annoyed that it was an extra $3 for the sauce (to smother burrito) that I didn't even like and was also included at the salsa bar, but what can you do. I would still return!
When we got there they were slow to seat us but everything else was perfect! The food was great. Our server was top notch with water refills and checking in on us. This was a recommendation from a friend and I am so glad we listened!

The service was great. The gentleman kept checking up and asking if I needed anything. I was able to do my work and eat. I absolutely appreciated the opportunity to eat while working.
I have been to tons of amazing New Mexican and Mexican restaurants in New Mexico and this place hands down has THE BEST green chile chicken enchiladas. The chips are a little hard. The salsa bar is amazing! The service was great. Wonderful experience!
Great place where the locals actually go. Food is great and the green chili sauces are excellent. The arbol salsa packs a kick and tastes great. Great New Mexico style food. Prices are great too! People are friendly and the service is great. Get there early, they fill up quick.
Andeles’ green chile chicken enchiladas are my favorite food in the world! I have been to various states and countries and their green chile chicken enchiladas hold a special place in my heart. Even my Turkish fiancé loves their enchiladas. They’re simply amazing. Their creamy green chile chicken enchiladas are so unique and the best I’ve ever had. I’ve been going here since I was a kid, and whenever I go to Tucson or White Sands, I make sure to stop here. I wish they’d open one in Albuquerque, but I know they want to keep it in Las Cruces. Honestly my favorite restaurant I’ve ever been to! I literally dream about their enchiladas. They’re simply the best!
