I had a wonderful stay this week and would definitely recommend this hotel! The staff was very helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was outstanding! The location can't be beat, too! My only negative was that the lobby and hallways feel very dark and could use more lighting.
Nice hotel, but definitely not worth the $750 price tag. Rooms were clean. Junior suite was relatively small, but we didn't use the small living room. Building was not modern, with cracks in hardwood floor and older oak furniture. Moderate street noise. Very nice modern bathroom. Service was not at the level of a $750 hotel, but wasn't bad. Saturday night live music and dancing was really fun. Hyatt globalists get the entire breakfast included except alcohol.
Great hotel, great location, ridiculous daily room taxes. We paid almost $75.00 per night in various taxes. This makes you think twice about selecting Napa, specifically California, as a destination in the future. We will definitely explore other lodging options as the daily room rates were quite high and the additional daily tax rates put it over the top.
The place was nice with free parking close by. They put me in a room with a broken refrigerator, I reported it and delayed unpacking, thinking they might move me to a different room. I waited an hour without any results. I went to the desk and they said they would get to it ASAP. Since my room was above an alley, with a noisy manhole cover, that made noise every time a car drove over it, I asked for a different room. They obliged. Bed was good, sheets were good, internet was good.
We had such an amazing time at the Andaz Napa and highly recommend it! Even before our stay, Molly, one of the managers reached out to answer any questions and provide recommendations for our trip. She welcomed us on our arrival and addressed us by our names when we saw her in the hotel. Many other staff members also did the same and it always felt like we were returning home to a warm welcome. The vibe in the hotel is great, it’s perfect for a couples getaway and close to everything Napa offers.
The rooms were spotless upon arrival, the beds super comfortable with high quality sheets and bedding. If you can, splurge for the suites with a large soaking tub and you won’t regret it after a long day of walking the wineries.
I love to stay at the Andaz brand hotels as they each have a different feel to them, incorporating aspects of their location and atmosphere into the hotel. This one is equally unique and I’m sure you will find it as inviting as we did.
Great location if you're in Napa and want to be in the city center. The rooms are good but there is some wear and tear that can be seen. Rusty fixtures, damaged drywall and doors etc. The lobby was very lovely at night and the terrace bar was a quiet reprieve from the chaos below. I'm not sure I would go back but we'll see how things go on our next trip.
I had such a fantastic time at Andaz Napa for my birthday. As a globalist I was upgraded to a wonderful suite. So kind of the hotel to leave wine and chocolates with a birthday card in my room. The manager at night was so wonderful, I unfortunately don’t have her name. It also felt very christmassy, there was amazing live music at night, breakfast was included and yummy, got 4 PM checkout. Will keep coming back to this hotel! Thanks for one of the best stays!
Excellent hotel in Napa downtown. Walking distance to everything. The staff members were nice. The hotel rooms are clean and spacious. We had a 2 king room for 4 of us and it worked out nicely. Bathroom also spacious, love the rain shower and double sink. Water pressure and temperature were great! Doesn’t have free coffee or breakfast in the AM but so many spots to try in downtown Napa that it didn’t matter.
