Best WLM Reviews
Stopped by before my flight. Staff was friendly and quick to deliver my meal. Not too terrible prices, and convenient if you're departing from Terminal 2/D Gates. There's also a bar here but I didn't see an attendant while dining.
Worst Mexican food ever. The bowl with chicken is terrible. Price is more expensive than chipotle and food tastes like its microwaved or kept in a warm bath all day long. Amount of salad added is a joke
I've traveled through SFO numerous times. I had time to kill, so meandered around the airport looking for a decent breakfast. I ordered the breakfast burrito with chorizo. Ordering was easy, burrito was a very decent size, and loaded with chorizo. Best bang for the buck in my opinion for Breakfast. The burrito ran about 20.00, including tax.
Avoid Andale Mexican Kitchen & Bar - Overpriced and Poor Service
I recently flew in from Washington D.C. and made a stop at the San Francisco Airport, where I decided to eat at Andale Mexican Kitchen & Bar. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I ordered six asada tacos and a burrito, and was shocked by the prices. The six tacos cost $36, plus an additional $8 because I chose asada meat. My burrito alone was $25. On top of that, they added a 5.0% employee health benefit surcharge, which was another $4. To make matters worse, they got my order wrong and overcharged me. I will never go back to this place, and I strongly urge others to stay away. Their 2.9-star rating is well deserved—save yourself the frustration and eat elsewhere.
Terrible service! Extremely rude.
The container wasn’t closed properly. When I had asked about it and showed to them that the food spilled, I was informed that it was my responsibility to close it and put it inside the bag…
Food was horrible. One of the worst Mexican food I’ve ever had. Every single item was poorly cooked. Rice was partially cooked. Beans was uncooked. Soyrizo had a too much oil. They provided exactly 4 (not even kidding!) mixed greens. Cheese was really bad.
And oh, the French fries was very oily. It had no salt or pepper and was nearly tasteless.
I strongly recommend you don’t eat here!
I got the chicken burrito bowl. Meal was too wet with some unseasoned shredded chicken. Yes, I didn’t eat that chicken.
Had a jackfruit bowl. It's was meh... definitely not worth $18. Not much flavor other than spicy. Jackfruit was kind of watery and I found some hard pieces in it.
The first time I’ve ever left the whole meal untouched. One of the reviewers compared it to ‘jail food’, I think they were being generous with their comparison. Ordered Andale Scramble, and it was just a mush of canned refried beans, canned vegetables, and cold stale ‘crispy’ potatoes that they covered with store-bought scramble egg mix, hoping it would warm up the potatoes. The only edible part ended up being a warmed up slice of bread they serve with it. Charged almost $23 for the meal, including “employee health benefit surcharge” because the company doesn’t want to pay for their employees’ benefits. Avoid this place.
