Placed a big order. Salad was clearly expired and wilted as per photos below and they charge extra per plate for this expired salad. When we called to give them our concern the lady said “there’s nothing we can do, we cut the salad today”- clearly lies. Absolutely terrible customer service, we will not order here anymore. I advise everyone to eat at a different Turkish restaurant, they will disappoint you.
I used to love this place, i ordered a sheapard salad, there was no feta cheese and absolutely no salt pepper vinegar or oil, it was chopped up vegetables thrown into a plate for $13, the hummus? it was okay, pretty good but tiny portion for $9…
I have ordered delivery from them chicken shish kebab they literally send us uncooked chicken very hazardous situation we can all get sick and die from it i do have a toddler took a bite i called them over one zero help very shame they were telling contact with uber support what a horrible customer service, ill not order them again i suggest u not too
Today we ordered 4 kebab sandwiches, 2 chicken and 2 lamb. All 4 were simply tasteless. We have been ordering from the restaurant for a long time and observed that the food is becoming tasteless or just not cooked well. For an 80 dollar meal the expectation is that it must be much better than what it was. Won’t be ordering from the place anymore…
Used them to cater a lunch for an office and the food was wonderful. The meat is always so tender and flavorful. The on time delivery is also very appreciated. Looking forward to using them in the future and dining in as well!
Monday evening drop by… we ordered chicken gyro on Turkish bread, beef gyro on Turkish bread and baba ganoush.
The space is been in business for over a decade. Our gyros were wholesome and delicious. Packed perfectly, no spillage and although it looked small I had to take break before finishing my Chicken gyro.
It was plenty, service was fast, food was fresh, the place is a local takeout heaven.
Great food. Honestly the best gyro in south Brooklyn, doesn’t come close. Their pricing is the issue. With all said and done, $20 for a small plate and almost $30 for a large. Not worth it at all, competitors charge less than half. They got too greedy.
I order from this place all the time. Today I ordered the chicken kebab well done and other stuff too. I received a really burnt chicken kebab. I called them and kindly asked for a refund because the taste was so bitter since it was very over cooked. They told me that there’s nothing they could do. That this is how they make well done chicken. I sent them photos and explained that I always order well done from them and they never burnt my chicken before. I also said that I am a good customer and they should refund me as a courtesy. Then I asked the manager wouldn’t it make sense to refund me instead of getting a bad review. She said it’s OK if I leave a bad review that it is my choice. This is not how anyone should run a business. I will never order from them again since this is how they value their customers. I asked them do you really want to lose me as a customer when I order almost every month from you?!?! Ridiculous service.
