The receptionist and makeup assistants are always friendly and helpful. You're notified during check in of your approximate wait time. Jasmin has been my eyebrow technician for over 10yrs. It's great to sit back, relax and know that when your done your eyebrows will be flawless.
Got a custom facial but would not call it custom or good customer service. So far got 3 facials from them. This time no introduction or asking about my skin or goals, just have you been here before, ok yes so lay down a steam. Aesthetician did not seem interested, did the bare minimum. No explaining what she was doing. Could tell she wasn’t interested in answering questions about skin care a products. Face mask only on for like 2 minutes. Ended very early. What a let down. Not worth $210. Overall, hit or miss depending on the aesthetician. Don’t request Misha. On a positive note, front desk staff was great. They also gave me some free samples which by the way Misha said they don’t give any.
My eyebrow technician is Jasmine. Been going to her for years and it’s always such a great and relaxing experience.
They did a horrible job with my brows and over tweezed them. I had spent a lot of time growing them out (they are not very full to begin with) and thought I would be safe coming to this salon given the brand name. WRONG!
First of all, when I came in the front desk was rather rude and condescending (oh I'm so sorry to bother you by bringing my money here). Then they paired me with someone to shape and style my brows who didn't know what they were doing. She clearly said within the first minute or two that she was brand new at the salon. Clearly, they did a terrible job training her or evaluating her skills.
So if you come here, make sure you do you research on who is doing your brows and what their qualifications are. That should be communicated up front but it's not so if you don't want your brows permanently damaged, do your research. Or better yet, just don't go here.
I tried to use their product once, a lip gloss I got from Sephora, and I had a very bad experience. As soon as I applied the lip gloss, my lower lip started to burn and I had to remove the product right away, but my lower lip got a very weird texture on the inside part for over a week, and even drinking water would cause discomfort. I tried to contact Anastasia to inform them about the reaction it caused me, in case they wanted to know more about the product and maybe start a recall, but they didn’t care at all about my problem.
For this reason I don’t recommend anyone to use their product, they probably use cheap ingredients and they don’t care about the customer.
I went here because my usual brow guy was unavailable and recommended it. I have a photo shoot in two weeks, and thank god I did it far in advance because I walked out and immediately cried feeling like my face was ruined. Anita did my brows, and wasn’t very friendly at all. I told her I only wanted them plucked even though she tried to convince me to wax.
Thank god I didn’t cause it might take even longer for them to grow back. She plucked the natural shape of my eyebrows completely away and didn’t even match the brows to each other, she over plucked my ends and completely destroyed my natural arch in my brows. Leaving me with two brows that don’t even match. My usual brow guy is super meticulous and takes up to an hour to do brows ensuring your shape isn’t ruined. This took 5 minutes and was incredibly sloppy.
I thought being a company that prides themselves on brows it would be fine but what they do is slap on a bunch of makeup on your brows to make them look even. I get my brows done so that I can wear less makeup so they look even naturally not worse.
Will not return. Horrible experience
Hit or miss depending on who you get - had my brows done by Michelle and they were uneven and messy and she took off way more than my base shape. At the beginning, she didn’t even bother asking what kind of shape or style I wanted and was very rough with handling my brows. But the worst part was when I gave feedback, she was defensive and insisted that she was right and I was wrong. Even if it’s free, I would not want her touching my brows ever again.
Booking apt is really easy. There is a convenient parking lot across the street.
