I guess you can say you get what you pay for. The front desk staff was very kind and attentive upon check-in. The lobby smells great and looks super clean so I had high hopes for our stay. I was wrong. The rooms really need work. I walked in and when I closed the door there was toilet paper shreds behind it. I immediately questioned the cleanliness I also woke up with bites on my ankles. The wallpaper was peeling in our unit and there was trim that was coming undone with exposed nails. Our car was broken into on night two. On the day we were supposed to have our room cleaned, only the trash was taken out and the main bed looked like they just moved the blankets to make it LOOK like it was made. Sheets were not changed and the bunk beds and pull out bed were not touched at all (we stayed in a family suite in the Venice tower) On our final day, cleaning service was annoyingly knocking on the door to see if we had left (at 8:20 am) when check-out time isn’t until 11:00 am. After two days of walking Disney the last thing I wanted to do was get up to get the door when we were trying to sleep in. The hotel is located about two blocks down from Disneyland so that’s great. Next time though, I won’t be coming back here. Also, the pillows are SO incredibly lumpy and worn down; it’s really time to let them go. Oh, and how could I forget, there was only one working elevator for the entire building. So, do with this information what you will.
Very friendly responsive people who were quick to help with any concerns. Our first night our heater wasn't working well so we let them know and they fixed it immediately. Great location and price and pretty clean rooms. Kids loved the bunk beds.
We checked into a family suite after driving in from Nor Cal so it was late. The reception desk was friendly. When we got in the room we noticed a really strong smell but exhausted and checking in late with little kids we just went to bed. The next morning we realized everything smelled horribly strong like vomit + the bathroom fan was loud enough to wake everyone in the entire room any time the light was turned on. We notified housekeeping of the smell and they said they'd talk to their supervisor. The knocked on our door & handed us a can of disinfectant spray. The can felt full but wouldn't spray properly. We did our best to try and spray down the room & left for a bit. Came back & it still smelled awful so went to the front desk and they handled it well and changed our room. |The new room was bigger and clean but the bathroom needed renovations the tub faucet turned sideways and the showerhead was coated with hard water build up. |This room was at least clean enough to sleep in. While the front desk was polite & it just not clean or very well maintained. The elevator was also broken at one side of the building making it difficult to get in and out with a stroller.
It was really pleasant. It was spacious clean and did its job. I really enjoyed my stay. So close to Disneyland as well! Will def. Stay again. They would come by every day and ask if we needed new towels or anything. Staff was super friendly and helpful.
If you're looking within walking distance to Disneyland, its perfect.
However, cleanliness not so good. This is the second time staying, my first stay was better cleaned and service was great.
This time around, the heat didn't work had to wait a while for someone to fix it and room wasn't very clean.
I was booked for 3 days. My room was clean. I wasn't expecting a small patio, a plus. Hot water was plentiful. Water pressure could have been better. Housekeeping came in on my second day, replenished the towels and took out the trash. Front desk associates were professional and friendly. I would book here again.
This was our second time staying here and I can say that it will be the hotel we will always choose. Beds are comfy. Room was clean. My kids enjoy having the bunk beds. Staff was friendly and accommodating for our extra necessities. I would recommend this hotel
We had an amazing 9-day stay with the family of six in a kids suite. It was in great proximity to walking to the park everyday. We could do it in less than 7 minutes. We love the convenience of being right next to all the different convenience stores. It was sometimes a little bit hard to get basic necessities such as towels, coffee, any of the supplies. We did ask every single day otherwise we would not have a single towel. But besides that I highly recommend. I have already booked another trip with this hotel for the same time next year for another 9 days!
