The only way you can beat this location is staying at the Disney hotel itself. Quick walk to downtown Disney which was perfect as we came the night before our Disney visit and wanted to have dinner downtown. The staff was friendly. The hotel doesn’t have a ton of rooms which is super nice! It keeps the noise levels down and feels more secure and intimate. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice large TV which was nice. Will be staying here again in the future!
We stay here often when going to Disney, price, location and staff are all amazing. We cut through downtown Disney to get to the parks and it’s a simple 10 min or less walk. The rooms are large, beds are nice: we will be back.
My husband and I had a short Disneyland stop during our honeymoon and chose this hotel based on reviews. We wanted something on the more budget end since we would be spending our day at the park. This hotel was a pleasant surprise. It’s definitely an older property, and everything isn’t immaculate. But it was absolutely spotless. You can tell it’s a small (possibly family owned?) business that is trying to give their guests a nice experience. There were a few small touches that showed that, like providing makeup wipes in the bathroom. We’ll definitely stay here again.
This hotel is perfect for those visiting Disneyland. It’s a 15-20 minute walk from the main entrance and no more than 25 minutes from the park itself. If you arrive early and park your car, parking is free for the day, which can save you money. If you get tired while exploring Disneyland, you can take a short walk back to the hotel, rest, and head out again. The front desk staff is friendly, and the bedding is comfortable.
We have stayed here 3 times now, and it has been great! The rooms are nice and clean! It is a close walk to Disneyland. Beds are firm, but we didn’t mind sleeping on them. The pool is big and deep. We love it! It is not heated, so you probably won’t get in unless you have kids, or it is a hot day!
My boyfriend and I come to Disneyland 2-3 times a year and normally stay in the same hotel every time but we wanted a change! We looked around for awhile and found a list on Reddit that included Anaheim Discovery. We decided to give it a shot. They were super polite and helpful while booking, super quick check in, clean room, and were available at all hours of the day and night to answer any questions. The last day we were there we were able to put our bags in a locked storage area while we enjoyed the park before we flew home. All around great experience, thank you so much to them! ???? we’ll be staying there again for sure.
Great price (under 150 weekday with no reservation) 5 minute walk to downtown Disney. Fair room for the price but nothing special. Front desk was super helpful with information and firework times. This was not a Disney trip for us, just a stop over on the way home from San Diego. Denny's, pizza, and Asian food almost next store. Also a liquor store if you need it that has last minute items such as toothpaste close by. Great for a couple going to Disney or stopping over.
Our stay was great, the people who work there, especially the man at the front desk was very pleasant and accommodating!! The rooms were clean, just a little on the older side. Service was outstanding. Location was pretty good. I thought it would be a quick walk to the Disney Park, but it was a quick walk to Downtown Disney, then it was still quite a ways to get to the actual Disney Park. Overall, we had a blast.
