The staff was amazing!! Early check in was easy and the people at the front desk were so nice and laughed with us, made us very comfortable.|Rooms were so clean, nice decor and very comfortable beds. |Every staff member we encountered was so nice and helpful. Always had a smile. |Location was close to Disney and food places. So it was very convenient. |Absolutely would stay here again!!
The staff are incredibly nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool area was so relaxing and the evening was quiet. Take shuttle (ART) which stops right between Capri and Carriage Inn to Disneyland. Two areas i would suggest to improve: add protein (like peanut butter) to free breakfast and work on water pressure for better showers. Highly recommend Anaheim Carriage Inn!!!
This hotel is better than we expected for the great low price. They have free parking and nice welcoming customer service. The hotel in general is small and old, but does have some surprising amenities (heated pool, breakfast, pay laundry). The major improvement needed is with the shower - it is fitted with a bench for handicapped, but the main letdown is the low pressure of the shower water. The bathroom is extra large in general and hallway and sink area suffers by being small and tighter in comparison. But overall, the location and price make this a happy secret spot to remember.
Awful dump. Don't stay here. It was dirty and cheap and gross. Furniture all misplaced in the room, mismatched paint on the wall, fridge/freezer made noises all night which kept us up, dirty, old furniture piled in the parking lot. There is no breakfast provided like the listing says, just snacks and they guard the door so you won't walk out with a banana. Absolutely awful place - never, ever again!
Front desk was very friendly and accommodating. I was told a roll a way bed wouldn't fit in a standard room and was given an upgrade to a suite that had 3 queen beds, one of them in a private bedroom for not much more than I would have paid for the roll away, I was happy about that! She also said in the future if I called them directly I could get a better room rate. The location was good, a couple blocks to Toy Story Disney parking lot where you could catch the shuttle for free rather than paying $6 a day for the ART, but the ART did stop near front of motel about every 30 mins. There is a little market in motel parking lot that was great for ice cream, snacks, milk, bread, souvenirs, just about anything you would need. If you want the meger breakfast they serve you better get there before 9am as they start packing up a minute before then and you are out of luck after that! They charge 25 cents per little bucket of ice, disappointing. The rooms are dated, but clean for the most part, except for the floors! No carpet and your feet turned black instantly if you walked barefoot on them, very gross! Our stay met our needs, but there are nicer places near by so not sure if I would stay there again.
Rooms are spacious! The mini fridge has a small freezer, that is nice to have. There is a small microwave on top of the mini fridge. The staff is extremely friendly! In my opinion, it is a little far if you are going to Disneyland.
The parking lot is very small. There is a convince store in the same parking lot, that is helpful.
At first everything seemed fine. I was looking for parking for the day as I was attending the NAMM show. The lady who I assumed was the owner, suggested that my friend and I stay over on Saturday and we could park that morning as the convention started at 10:00 am. About 11:30 we arrived and parked and then wanted to check in just to take or valuables from the car. The younger lady, said OK that will cost $30.00 I explained that we already had an agreement with her mother and that we just wanted to put our bags in the room as not to let them stay in the car. She got very rude and said "that's the way we make money"!! The $30.00 wasn't the issue. It was she was trying to take advantage after we already agreed. We came back that evening after the convention and checked in then. We will never stay there again. Also, the walls are paper thin! Very noisy and couldn't sleep well. Do yourself a big favor, there are much better places to stay without the bait and switch all over Anaheim.
You get what you pay for. I feel I got what I paid for. I received no disturbance, no outside noise, no sirens, surprisingly. The room was spacious and clean. The shower water was hot. The mini fridge kept my liquids cold. One downside, but luckily, I brought a big warm blanket is that they do not provide a blanket. Overall, if you need to save money, this is the spot.
