Have been there numerous times and food and service always consistent. Also they have a great wine selection.
I’ve been here a few times. The food is always great. The service is so-so.
Today I went for a lunch with friends. The waiter was kind of a mess. He couldn’t get our orders right, kept forgetting things. Didn’t offer cream with the coffee. Didn’t offer dessert or coffee after our meals. Didn’t come by to refill waters. Got our orders mixed up. We had to repeat everything several times. I’m not sure if he was just having a bad day, or what…
The food was great though.
We had calamari, a chicken Cesar salad, a AnaCapri salad, a salmon on arugula salad, the rigatoni, and a seafood pasta dish.
Our bills were reasonable. I had a chicken Cesar, a coffee, and a glass of wine and my bill was $32.
I would go again, but hopefully I’ll have a different waiter next time.
Disappointed in the shrimp scampi. The shrimp was breaded, the sauce was thickened with flour and did not have much flavor. The bread that was brought to the table was dry and tasted like it had been frozen. Everyone in the restaurant was above the age of 75 and it was so loud I couldn’t hear what my friend was saying.
BUT the service was great.
Great food and terrific service. This is the place you are looking for when you are looking for a casual Italian restaurant in Pinehurst.
I have to say I have not had authentic Italian cuisine in a very long time. The food was incredible and the service was also spectacular. One of my favorite Parts is that you can go around the restaurant and pick your own wine and bring it to your table.
Great authentic Italian food , where you can find quality, service and great price at one place . They have a market where you can choose great variety of wines and you can get it to your table at best price it can be . Food it’s with authentic Italian ingredients and you can buy and take home it’s such a great place . They also do wine tasting second Wednesday each month you get to pay $20 usd to taste great variety of wines and purchase them with big discounted prices . This place it’s a jewel
Meatballs are great , Fiochi and the Ossobuco fantastic .
Totally recommended
Good food and service, but the atmosphere was extremely loud (need better acoustics) and the tables were too close together (a fire marshal would not approve). The man at the table next to me spilled his water, and his table was so close that it spilled on my chair and my leg. We were looking forward to a nice evening, but it was awful and we'll never go back or recommend it.
