I went here before and the experience was lovely. I came back for a second time and the nail owner “Ana” did my nails again except for this time she had a rude attitude when i expressed to her my nails were too thick and lumpy, i also told her i wanted an acrylic fill in and she proceeded to put polygel onto my nails without asking.she cut me, she tried to rush me out and did a sloppy half job on my nails when i expressed what needed to be fixed coming from a previous nail tech business owner. If you actually want you nails done with quality work i wouldn’t go here!
Steven did a fantastic job ok my nails today. He was very personable. I haven’t had my nails done in an awhile. I enjoyed my visit.
I really wanted to like this place because of all of the positive reviews. Calling and making an appointment for the next day was a breeze. When I got there the man in the reception area was friendly and knew exactly what I wanted. As I was getting a pedicure I noticed the technician was pretty rough. Then during my manicure she cut my cuticle and I began bleeding. She didn’t apologize and continued with the manicure until I asked her to stop and then she began applying pressure so my finger would stop bleeding. After she finished painting my nails there was a lot of polish on my skin in the cuticle area. When I asked her to take the polish off she began clipping off more of my skin until I told her to use nail polish remover to remove the polish from my skin. Then as I was sitting at the dryer waiting for my nails to finish drying a man who I hadn’t interacted with at all came up to me and said, “Can you pay me now?” I paid and left. I’ve been getting manicures for 15 years and getting cut is par for the course at times( not really) but to act like it didn’t happen is ridiculous.
I added a photo of two days later and how horrible my nails look. I’m going elsewhere to get them repainted.
Ana was was nail technician and she did an amazing job on my nails. Every time I have an appointment, I never have to wait and she does an amazing job on designs. I highly recommend going to ANA Nails!
Ana has been doing my nails for years. She provides quality service and expects the same service from her staff. She recently did TAP on my nails, which is a hybrid between acrylic and gel, and my nails are so much healthier. I appreciate Ana for all her hard work and ensuring her staff are providing quality service.
Horrible… wish I could no stars… I went here for the first time … the guy at booth 18 was doing my overlay… the acrylic was paper thin I ask if could just thicken it a little… he did one nail super thick the rest extremely thin .. I politely ask him to stop and I will pay for what he did … I get to the front he says $30 .. I look at him like he joking cause I expected him to say like $20-$25 but not $30 .. any who Ana the owner came over and I explained what happened .. she said she could fix them ok no problem,I sat down and this was my result for $50 …. They can’t do nails don’t go here
Amazing!! 10/10 recommend. I’ve been going here with my mom for over 7 years and we’ve never been disappointed.
I have been doing my own nails for months but everyone wants some pampering every now and again but once again I leave here miserable , I told him I didn’t like them he filed them off and did the same thing again! Trying to convince me that if I don’t have an acrylic base my nails will be bumpy. It’s disgusting having to spend a $98 for a full mani and pedi and leave unhappy, pic of the nails I left with and 2nd pic is what I do myself , I asked him to match the pink.
Updated I went back and the “fixed” them 3rd pic , definitely will not be going back everyone looked at me like I was crazy , they painted them 3 times.
