Best WLM Reviews

I love going places where everyone knows my name!! The food here is always good. The prices are affordable. The servers are attentive and professional. The dining room, bathroom, and exterior is always clean. I do think Mr. Teddy should put some ???????????? in the pots to freshen up the exterior.
During my recent visit to this diner, I encountered a blend of highs and lows that left me with mixed feelings.
On the positive side, the wait staff was truly exceptional. They were friendly, prompt, and attentive, making an effort to ensure that every need was met. Their warm service added a pleasant touch to the overall experience.
Unfortunately, the diner itself felt neglected. The atmosphere was dim and worn, with cleanliness issues that detracted from the appeal. It had the potential for a cozy vibe, but the unkempt surroundings made it difficult to fully enjoy the meal.
As for the food, it was rather underwhelming. While the prices were on the higher side, the dishes lacked the flavor and creativity one would hope for. What should have been a satisfying meal turned out to be just average.
If you’re simply looking for a quick bite on the go, this diner may suffice. However, for those seeking a memorable dining experience, I would recommend exploring other options in the area.
Nice atmosphere with friendly, attentive waitstaff. The food was good. A little pricey.
When I walked in this morning, the first thing i noticed was the decor. The atmosphere gave me a real homey old-school vibe. The vintage items around the ceiling and walls are an amazing touch to this place. I thought it would be a long wait because of how crowded it was. Surprisingly , I was provided a seat quickly, and my server (I didn't catch her name, but she had a tattoo behind her ear) was amazing. She approached me right away, took my drink order, and gave me a few minutes to look over the many choices they have to offer. I decided on the sausage links, pancakes, and sunny side up eggs. Now, typically in California, they bring you these skimpy sausages, but no, not here. These sausage links were like chorizo portions and were very delicious and full of flavor. The pancakes were buttery and fluffy, although I was only able to finish 2 of the stack of 4. And the eggs were cooked to perfection. One thing I dislike about breakfast joints is the lack of strawberry jelly. Although I like syrup, I tend to favor strawberry jelly more. The fact that they had a stack of strawberry and a stack of grape made this place that much better. Truthfully, 5 star rating is not enough. This place deserves more than the 5 allowed, I will definitely be in tomorrow to try their lunch. If I had found this gem the last time I was here on business, I probably would have been in every day for the entire 2 weeks.
Always good food. Comes out quick, hot, and portion sizes haven’t changed for all of the years we’ve been coming here. We struggle to finish, but refuse to leave any food behind because it’s so good! We used to live in Hamilton and would travel to come for breakfast but have moved closer and are so happy it’s a quicker drive. COME HERE AND GET BREAKFAST!!!!
The food here is great. There there is a bit of everything for breakfast and everything I've tried has been perfect. My favorite is a skillet with bacon, sausage, ham, potatoes (with peppers and onions mixed in), cheese and an egg on top. It's hard for me to try anything else after I tried that. It was that good.
Update (December 2024): I had the super skillet and it is still fantastic. There are so many good options you could eat something new ever day for months.
Very friendly atmosphere make you feel warm and welcome. Food was served in a very timely manner and it was just like mama used to make delicious. Highly recommend Amy’s omelette house.
First time at this awesome breakfast spot. Shannon our service was very attentive, she made sure all our needs were met. Potato Pancakes, Shrimp & Grits we're phenomenal ???? I'll be back to try something else on the menu.
