I have been coming to Amy since I was 14 years old. Her and her colleagues work have always been neat and precise. She always does the style the way I want without any discrepancies. Every time I get my hair done I get so many compliments and refer others to her shop. Don’t be deceived by others reviews you have to try the shop out for yourself. You won’t regret it. I also give her service 5 star
I went here to get my cornrows done. They didn’t come out to my liking but when I asked to have her take it out and restart she tried charging me double. She redid my hair 3 times and she kept making it look worse each time and again CHARGING DOUBLE. Do NOT recommend unless you’re trying to get your hair done last minute. Never going there again. If I could give this 0 stars, trust me, I would.
Amy has always done a phenomenal job! She is professional her braids twist or whatever you ask for are neat. Her personality has been great. I've known her in the Landover area for years and she has always been great!
Terrible experience—do not come here! I got my hair braided, and they did the tightest braids on my head, which was awful for my sensitive scalp. I had told them beforehand to be gentle, but they did the exact opposite and were rough on my head. After telling the girl that was doing my hair to be nore gentle since it felt like wasps stinging my scalp over and over again, she got mad and obviously took offense to it. Avoid this place!
Absolutely HORRIBLE. SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. THIS IS MY HAIR AFTER 1 week and two days. The lady that did my hair didn't tuck my hair well enough and the hair they used was dirty. As you can see my scalp is RED because it literally felt like it was on fire for a whole week.
When I called about my hair hoping for it to be fixed or a refund in return the owner only offered to fix half of my hair which doesn't make any sense because my WHOLE HEAD IS MESSED UP. I asked for a refund in return and she said no.
When I went the shop to confront her respectfully they (her & her employees ) all ganged up on me. Her customers on the other hand were agreeing with me and telling them that they were wrong.
Never again!
the braiding was so bad and when i told the lady i didnt like it she ripped out the entire braid and made me pay 500 dollars. not only that but it took 34 continuous hours for her to only do like 6 ratty braids. TERRIBLE never come here ever.
went here and they gave me 8 gold bars… i didn’t even ask for it wow!! amazing place but i do wish they had a chief keef cut out somewhere here, but wow amazing place… 10/10, no other place can compete
When i went here she did my braids and she charged me 1500 for them and i said i didnt have it so she charged me 5000 for it and i ran out the store cause i didnt have the money (i did but im not paying for that she chased me home with a glock in her hand i am NOT coming back
