The BEST nail salon in town! Wonderful relaxing pedicures, but even better Andy at Amy Nails is amazing with dip or gel nails. I usually ask for custom designs and he always does a wonderful job!!! His wife, Ellen is excellent also 5 STARS!
First time having dip powder and ombre on my natural nails. They came out beautiful! Annie picked the perfect colors for fall. Within 45 min I was done. Very friendly, professional and clean. Look no further then Amy Nails. Appointment or Walk In ????????????
I've been going to Amy’s for a while now, and I can't recommend it enough. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere from the moment you walk in.
Andy, in particular, does an amazing job with my nails. He is meticulous, skilled, and always ensures that I leave the salon with beautiful, perfectly done nails. He takes the time to understand what I want and always delivers beyond my expectations.
Overall, Amy Nails is a fantastic place with great service, friendly staff, and talented technicians like Ellen Highly recommend!
We love coming here!! They are great..they are wonderful and indulge my granddaughters with their crazy requests…They know us by name and we love the entire staff…some of our faves are Ellen, Andy, Cindy, and Annie-but everyone is very nice and engaging!!
Bad customer service long wait time even though I had an appointment. Overpriced compared to the last exact same procedure. I had done I left a tip but I won't be back. I'm sure there's somebody that appreciates customers. And the customer clientele from the local people. This place obviously doesn't care. Over 3 hours for a pedicure and a manicure. While everyone else got ahead of me. I sat there with nails wrapped up in foil for over an hour until they were burning. No customer awareness absolutely nothing. After an hour sitting there with foil on my fingernails burning I asked one of the workers to take it off which she did but then I waited another hour to get my nails done while everybody else went ahead to me.
I am always happy with my results from Amy Nails! Everyone is super friendly. I followed Ellen and Andy (owners) from a previous salon and have been coming for a few years now. They are also open on Sundays which is hard to find with other nail salons. Not only are they fast, they provide quality work and always squeeze me in! Great place!
I usually don’t leave reviews but I am very frustrated with my experience. I decided to change up the usual and go to a different salon as I have had many wonderful visits however when I went in to get my nails done before my trip last week that changed. I came in on July 3rd which was busy since it was the day before July 4th, which I understood, however I signed in and they told me I could sit in a chair but no one talked to me for 45 minutes, multiple people who came in after me were getting helped before me. The lady who finally came to help me was very rude and it was not an environment I wanted to be in. I didn’t think anymore of it because my dip nails turned out cute, but three days later I noticed my nail with the design was cracked. I looked even further and majority of my nails had been cracked. It’s been three days how are they cracked already! A couple days go by and the bottom of the dip polish is coming up to the point where my hair gets caught in it. It’s frustrating as I am a college student who can’t just go get their nails fixed 9 days after getting them done. My usual dip usually lasts at least a month, so I’m very frustrated that they haven’t even gone two weeks. I will not be coming here again.
Great salon! Love Ellen, Andy, and their staff. Everyone is polite and eager to accommodate their clients.
I have always gotten out of the salon within an hour and my dip lasts 4 to 5 weeks with a French dip. I have been going to Ellen for 6 years.
