Ive visited twice so far and both times the front office staff were very nice, welcoming and helpful. Whether on the phone, email or in person- no complaints. Dr. Weiss & his assistants - AWESOME. I was nervous for an extraction for the first time, not sure why. They were patient & reassuring and checked in with me throughout my visit. I am one who will ask questions & they answered every one and never brushed me off. It really felt nice for a change to get the respect, mannerisms and passion I give, back. I can only hope that we can get more doctors locally as passionate & nice. Day 2 after extraction and I am feeling great actually, Thank you all.
The staff has been wonderful during the consultation and dental surgery. It’s rare to find happy people working in the medical field anymore!
Additionally, they sent reminders about appointments and details what to expect before and after surgery. Wait time was quick and surgery was quick. Probably due to them being extremely organized which is very appreciated because life is beyond hectic with work, kids, fostering animals, etc.

Being a person who has high anxiety with dentists, it’s very hard for me to not have a panic attack. The doctor and his assistant were meticulous, quick, and EXTREMELY caring. They took every extra measure to make sure I was comfortable. They promised a great experience, and they delivered! Thank you so much for identifying my emotional and mental needs as a patient and for helping rebuild my trust in dentists. I wish you did all dental care so I could only come to you!!
Dr. Stephanie is efficient in every way! I am petrified of the dentist and she pulled my tooth with no pain at all! Thank you so much again Her assistant is also fantastic and very supportive.
I was beyond nervous and my anxiety was through the roof. I was having all my top teeth pulled for dentures and three teeth on the bottom. I couldn't get semi-conscious sedation due to health issues. But Dr Weiss ( woman Dr ) and the dental hygienist made me feel very secure and calm. I thought it was going to be a two-hour procedure and I was done in less than an hour. She was very kind and explained everything to me and so did the dental hygienist. She answered all my questions that I had written down explained everything to me and really eased a lot of my anxiety and fears. I would highly recommend Amsterdam oral maxillary surgery to everyone. I would also like to thank the ladies at the front desk they were very kind t and compassionate also. A big shout out and thank you to everyone in your office.
I had such a great experience at Amsterdam dental with Dr.Weiss. The staff was very friendly and professional. Dr.Weiss and staff squeezed me in right away when I needed my tooth extracted and the fit me in the next day. They explained it so thoroughly and helped me through everything. I highly recommended
My experience with this oral surgeon has surpassed my expectations. I'm a severely anxious person and it's hard to calm me down. But with Dr Weiss and his corny jokes it helped relieve my anxiety prior to my oral surgery. Thank you both to Dr Weiss and his wife and all the staff that took care of me.
