This place was my first official time having Indian cuisine and it was spectacular. I have since tried 4 different places, but none compare.
Great place for Indian food. We went in a little late but still got amazing service! We were the last ones in there and never felt rushed to leave. The food was amazing!
We love this place! The food is delicious, you really can’t go wrong ordering anything. The mango lassi is wonderful! All the dishes have great flavor and the service is wonderful. Definitely come here if you can!

I mean, if you enjoy Indian food, go to Amrit. It's an easy choice. With incredible food, phenomenal service, and a low-key atmosphere, they're easily my favorite restaurant in Ocala.
I’m sitting here now with my family and had a great evening. Our server remembered us and remembered it was the same table as last time. The food as always was great. Warm comfort food. Not a single part of the meal takes shortcuts. Always impressed with the food but the service tonight was worthy of a review.
I got the lunch specials chicken curry and keema egg matar and both were delicious !! Chicken was juicy and flavorful and the minced meat from the keema was also succulent. The Indian tea was also very good. The lunch specials came with rice and naan and soup which were all tasty. I will be back again!
I would post the pictures of our food but we were starving and ate it fast. Yeh place is on a busy street so prepare for that but they had parking in the back and it was not busy at all. Super friendly staff and the rooms as dimly lit and nice. The menu has great options and the food so good! I had the Mango Lassi and it was delicious! Highly recommend if you like Indian food!
