Went to ampm last Saturday, April 6 when I went into the store I grabbed a cup lifted up and asked the clerk how much was the soda he told me it was $.89 when I got to the counter to pay for it he yelled at me in front of other customers that were in the store and said it’s not $.89 it’s $1.89 I said you told me it was $.89 he yelled at me again I told you it’s $1.89 you should know how much it cost you come here all the time that’s your job to know and I told him . I’m a customer that is your job to know how much it cost that’s not my job and I asked him why every time I come here you yell at me and you’re being rude to me he yelled and said get out of the store. I told him that was not his store that’s Sonny store and I told him I’m going to call Sonny on him and the corporate and report him in. He stated go ahead and call Sonny. I don’t care, yelling out loud at me . also told him the shirt you got on you don’t even own it. Ampm own the shirt you got on.This is not your store. This is ampm your just a worker He was like get out of my store and don’t come in here while I’m in here no more. I told him I been coming to this store before you started working at this store for over 15 years he’s disrespectful, rude and angry Nobody deserve to have a job that treat customers the way he treat me. I went back in there today and I took a picture and a video of him cause every time I go there he yells at me, and he have no respect for his self, nor the customers, this is not a good customer service,. This is how business get cancel and lose service customers and revenues. I will not go back to this ampm no more.
Gas was price @$1.95 a gallon to get you to buy the mid grade and 2gallons add up to over $10. Do Not get gas there..
Cashier was rude. My husband, a paying customer, was in the bathroom for just a couple of minutes when the cashier came banging on the door. When my husband exited the cashier proceeded to harass him yelling that there is a 3 minute rule in the bathroom. We will absolutely not return to this location. They are rude and unprofessional.
They advertise things they don’t sell 2 for $6 modelo is advertised but they don’t sell solos lol. It’s straight false advertising
like stopping at gas stations to get coffee because you can personalize it to your liking. That was not the case at this Arco/ampm I put the coffee in the cup then I was looking for the sugar and I couldn’t find any. They keep the sugar behind the front counter so you have to ask for it. Then I was looking for a straw and they also keep those behind the front counter. The only type of creamer that I seen was a powder one. Which was odd I’ve been to many other ampm/Arcos and they have the milk creamer or half-and-half. That was not the case here they do not even have napkins out. If you’re stopping here for food/coffee go somewhere else.
One of the trash pump stations ever made because I come from elk Grove and just stay in there for 20 min and they start stairing at me trying to open my door and tell me to get out of this parking spots

Well I had stopped here because it was on the way of my route however the only reason for stopping here was because my front tire was extremely low on air and this was the closest gas station however they're Compressed Air does not have the correct piece in order to put air in the tire and although the cashier was very apologetic she said that she's been meaning to call them to fix it but hasn't done so yet. I would think that placing a phone call for an important service to be fixed and work properly and correctly for customers who depend on it would be not only an easy task but a priority. Should I ever stop by this gas station again I'll be more than happy to update this post until then just know for now it does not work.
Worst customer service I have ever seen the bathrooms supposedly never work the owner steadily bash America saying this is the worse country
