Don't waste your money. They don't do what you ask and then get an attitude and refuse to fix it. I spent $116 for nails I could of done myself. In my 25 years getting my nails done I have never had them done so bad. Steer clear of this place!!!
I wish I can leave no star 3 times in last 2 months they done a bum job on my nails and toes , they get upset when you tell them it’s messy or bumpy, well this was the last time I will go here , they hype price up from original price also , don’t recommend going there
Visited Amour Nails for the first time and is definitely the last.
I was excited to get a fun design and a relaxing manicure. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations.
I came in with a specific nail design in mind, but was told my nails were "too short" for it. While I understand adjustments might be needed, the technician assured me a scaled-down version could work. Sadly, that wasn't the case. They were unable to do the design at all.
Since the initial design wasn't possible, I opted for a classic French tip. However, even this simple request wasn't met. The French tips were uneven and sloppy. Disappointed but hoping to salvage the experience, I waited for the usual hand massage and oil treatment that comes with a manicure. To my further disappointment, neither were offered.
I acknowledge it was a bit later in the evening, arriving at 7:40 pm. However, I called ahead to confirm they could still take me, and was assured it wouldn't be a problem. There was no reason to feel rushed through the service, which would explain the sloppy manicure and lack of extras.
Overall, my experience at Amour Nails was a letdown. The inability to do the requested design, poorly executed French tip, and skipped pampering steps left me feeling frustrated. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone looking for a high-quality manicure experience.
Came in for a fill, so tech then swatch a funny bunny powder. So i said it will be ok. Thinking she will just cover the entire nails to make it even in color. Instead she just put it like patches. Told her i wasnt expecting this and thought u will atleast blend what powder you putting. Tech is raising her voice trying to intimidate me. As i responded, i will be paying for the services so i expect you will do you service in a good way. She was even forgetting to drill the nail to make it not too thick and buffer first. Realizing she didnt do the drill yet. Then again after washing my hands, i only noticed my left pinky that she missed a spot. She was mumbling in vietnamese language. Upon closely checking i also missed to see couple of fingers. She applied the powder unevenly. Well for me i kept trying to go every now and then to this place to see maybe theres a tech that will do their job flawlessly. I havent seen one. Told her i want to pay after the services, whenni told her to put $20 for u as a tip for a fill in, her face brightened up. Lol. Learned my lesson not to waste my money here anymore. Normally i only leave angood review. But for me who leaves a good tip, no way. The way she filled it looks like a week of having these nails already. Its like she just covered 2/3 of my nails outgrow.
Beautiful place, clean setting and lady at the front desk was kind. Went in for pedicure at the time of opening fairly busy but seemed adequately staffed! The lady that did my pedicure was juggling several appointments, understandable. However i wouldn’t call it a pedicure the lady that did my pedicure was obviously trying to get her days worth. I get, i did nails however it was extremely rushed, and very carelessly done due to her trying to meet those demands. i complained the whole time she was tugging at my cuticles. You are NEVER supposed to rush around the cuticles and always remain attentive to the customer pain tolerance. I could’ve cried i was in so much pain, i don’t even think she looked up once. Quick scrub, no massage and no customer service. I understand taking as many heads as possible but have integrity and work cautiously.
I understand it’s not everyone’s experience I’m just sharing mine. Go somewhere they take their time or don't be afraid to ask for someone else, this is your skin. These are careless and easily preventable mistakes. Ideally it’s not infected, YES it still stings

I've been going here for 5yrs and receive great service every time. Walk-ins are welcomed, but its best if you set an appointment.
The worse place to go to its waste of money to go here plz dont go i got my nails done and looked like a kid have done all the work even after two days my nails cracking up from the cuticles seriously i regret going and tipping on the top check the picture how dirty they look and literally next day it start breaking
