Arrived with a group of people. The whole restaurant was pretty empty. Only us and 3 other tables. We came at 7 on a Friday and no other customers came after. One of the meals did not arrive until 30 mins after everyone’s meals came. My own meal was wrong so had to go back to be corrected. Even that arrived before my friends. It seemed like they forgot his order.
There was tension btw my friends and the staff and it got worse. After we paid our bill with 20% gratuity pre-added, my friends mentioned this was unacceptable (which I would agree considering the service so far). Instead of defusing or correcting the situation, the server (a guy did not catch his name) yelled at us to leave and go to Olive Garden… At first I was personally okay with the staff until that retaliation. Needless to say we won’t be coming back here.
The food was okay for each plate to be $30. The meat amount was small with a lot of pasta, specially the chicken Parmesan was tiny.
The restaurant was such a cute spot! Met up with the girls for lunch, the service was excellent, the food was brought out in a timely manner and most importantly of course, the food was delicious :)
We even got dessert! Thank you so much for your great hospitality from the staff. Definitely will be coming again soon.
The food, drinks, and service were AMAZING! I celebrated my 22nd birthday here and they truly made it a happy birthday. Will definitely be eating here more often!
The owner was a pleasure to meet, our server was so kind and took really good care of us. The food was absolutely amazing we will definitely be back when we visit again!!
I had dined here last week Tuesday and although it wasn't busy or crowded the service provided was amazing. Katelyn was kinda, honest and had great recommendations. It was my first time and she went over the menu and took her time. I also got to meet her partner Ricky where we chatted about living the island life. He too had great recommendations for when I return. I had the Arribata and an appetizer, it was so filling i didn't have space for dessert! Overall the good and service was outstanding and I'll be back.
The food here was fresh, savory, and good sized portions. Right on the corner the space is nice as well. I highly recommend coming here for a nice date or with the family. The server (Katlyn) was pleasant, professional, and efficient. She made excellent recommendations and made me feel welcome. I definitely will be coming back! 5/5
So happy we tried this cute restaurant! In the middle of old downtown Arlington by UTA! The food is fantastic and definitely made on the spot! No microwaved anything! To begin with the delicious flatbread, oil, balsamic dip was just enough to hold over before our main! Mom had eggplant Parmesan, hubs had salmon piccata dish & that fish was so fresh and perfectly cooked, and my pesto fettuccine was off the chart! A few glasses of house red and it was successful meal! Ricky wore all the hats last night and did it with ease & graciousness! If I had to say anything negative it would be to offer the fresh grated parm when the food is placed on table… it was offered after our meals had been half way eaten, but again that’s not a big thing either because the the taste was amazing without it! The bill was worth it for us but my concern is that it may not be a supportive area for the price! It is in a college campus area and the demographics may not be conducive to the midrange prices! I hope it will make it because I’ll come back every time we are visiting!
Loved the service provided. So nice and friendly both the waiter and the manager. Loved the food and atmosphere. I was able to take tones of pictures. Thank you for making my daughter’s birthday so special. Looking forward to coming back.
