Best WLM Reviews

Amélie's is more than a coffee shop. They have tons of homemade pastries from croissants, pies, tarts, donuts, eclairs, scones, macaroons, and many more to choose from with a cup of coffee or tea. I tried the breakfast wrap that came with eggs, cheese, potatoes, sausage, or bacon served in a sundried tomato wrap. It was steaming hot and delicious ????! Everything was prepared fresh to order. For an eclectic lunch or breakfast, meet some friends at Amélie's to enjoy coffee and pastries.
This is a nice little place around Pineville. If you are looking for coffee date or just wanted to try some good coffee and other French treats then this is the place for you. Baked Almond croissant was so good, you should not miss that. Macaroons
were also delicious. This place has really nice inside and outside seating with good Atmosphere. Need to go back and try some more items. Overall 4.25/5 ⭐️
This place is so cute and the people working there are very nice, so I hate to give a bad review. I got the french toast and it was the most dry and tasteless French toast I have ever had. The syrup also tasted like cheap off brand syrup from the grocery store. The eggs were also over cooked but I ate it because I wasn’t going to eat the french toast and I was hungry. My husband got the croissant and said it was just alright, but not great. I didn’t try the pastries or coffee, but they all looked delicious.
Always have a lovely experience at this shop. Super friendly and nice staff and always clean. Well decorated and light up for just a perfect start to your morning eating a macaroon while sipping on coffee. Enjoy and cheers!!
It’s a cozy place to hang out and grab a cup of coffee. The Oreo Cream Cheese and Pecan Croissant are my favorites, although I usually get my desserts to take away but this place is nice to stay and chat.
I clearly asked for a CHOCOLATE mousse, not a vanilla one. (I came 7/25/24 at 9:15am, if you want to tell the young guy with dark hair that took my order to get his ears checked). I absolutely hate vanilla. I tried it, and it tasted very fake, barely masking the hydrogenated soy bean oil in it. I tried a bit on the top, and it was so gross that I just threw it away. We ordered in, and my drink came in a to go cup, and my friend's came in an actual glass. There goes getting any actual cute photos. Make up your mind. My friend ordered a hot chocolate, which wasn't bad, albeit plain all things considered. My chai latte was gross. It had almost no spices in it, which is why I suspect they put a ton of cinnamon on top, to try and mask this. It basically just tasted of steamed milk, which is freaking gross. I live in a pretty small city, and there is WAY better chai lattes there than this place. Waste of money.
Also, do something about the ants on your patio that are eating your customers when they sit outside.
Employee was not familiar with pastries. She also didn’t bother on asking for assistance when I had asked about an allergy item. It was not busy at that time roughly around 7:30p. She was not polite, nor welcoming. I’d rather take the ride 30 minutes with traffic than coming to this location, AGAIN!
Great selection of sweets and pastries, I do think it’s a bit pricey, bacon egg and cheese on a croissant for $13 it’s totally NY prices. Overall good experience, the atmosphere it’s more elderly and family oriented. The decor is unique and very intentional.
