I recently visited [Salon Name] and was thoroughly impressed by both the service and the results. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. They took the time to listen to my preferences and ensured that every detail of my manicure was perfect. The quality of the work was outstanding; my nails look fantastic and have held up beautifully. I visited this place yesterday for the first and last time! I got manicure and pedicure done and regretted it, definitely not worth the $55 +tip! My issues with the place started when they didn’t have my first or second choice of colors (shade of pink to match my toes). Before she did my manicure, she suggested I pay so it wouldn’t mess up my nails - I paid for the service and $20 tip. Then, she painted my nails with what was supposed to be my third choice of color, just for me to realize it was not at all what I asked for (shade of orange like in the picture). Aside from that, it’s visible the layers of nail polish in my nails and there’s a cut in my pinky AND in my pinky toe! Will definitely not be back.
During my first visit for a pedicure, I experienced pain when the technician attempted to remove an ingrown nail by scraping my toe with a sharp tool. Despite informing her 4 TIMES that she was causing pain, she insisted that this was the only method she knew. I regularly get pedicures and was only trying a new salon due to my usual one being busy. It would have been better if she had declined to work on my nails instead of causing me pain. Now there is pus coming out of my toe and I have to treat it.
I’m going on vacation in 2 days and now I can’t wear shoes because it’s INFECTED!! Like women I told you you’re hurting me and you kept ignoring me. Never coming back. Save yourself the trip. ???????? Pictures don’t lie and im very pissed.
For years I looked for a good nail artist. 2024 was the year. I came to Amity based on reviews, I booked services with Anna and I’m glad I did because she is amazing!!! She is very polite, respects your time and follows appointment schedules, very friendly overall, she is so talented and creative but if you show her photos of ideas for your nails she will do it even better. With her I’ve also had waxing services.
The do a phenomenal job EVERY. TIME. I kid you not, I don’t even care which nail tech I’m with for my appts, each one does a great job!! I’ve been going to them for a few years now and I’ve never left disappointed. The gel manicures typically last me 3-4 weeks and they still look pretty intact when I go in for my next appt. I’m more of a simple girly (as seen in those photos from some of my experiences) BUT they know what they’re doing and how to do it. And I think it’s pretty reasonably priced for the area too. I would 100% recommend this place!
Anna is Amazing‼️‼️ I have been going to her for the last four years. Her attention to detail is remarkable every time I show her a nail design I’d like her to do or try she nails that spot on thank you so much, Anna ❤️
I've come here multiple times, and each time I have walked out completely satisfied! The staff are all very friendly, I love the atmosphere, and the nail techs are very talented. Nuna did my nails just how I wanted, even with complicated designs! Will be coming back again.
It was my first time in this spa YESTERDAY. I went for manicure and regular nail polish and my hands and toes. I understand is regular nail polish, but never tough that it was going to last one day only. Very disappointing of product quality. When I paint my nails at home last longer. I don't think I'm going back.
