Delicious food! The birria tacos were delicious! The homemade chips and salsa are really good! If you want it spicier, add some of the extra sauces they give.
The food has been decent for a while but after today I will absolutely never go back. I've been a regular for a while now despite some pretty terrible customer service at times. Today, I ordered three chicken tacos & added avocado & hot sauce. $13.25.
Halfway through my meal, I noticed something very inedible in my food. It was stringy & hard to even break with my fingers. I went back to the restaurant to show them & ask for a refund. They said it was "from the tomatoes or or peppers" and said they could not give me a refund, but I could have the # of the manager. I went to my car to call the manager, and after sending her a photo of whatever nasty thing was in my food, she said she would call the store & have them refund me my money.
Literally no apology from anyone, and when I went inside to get my refund, the cashier said not one word to me, just handed me my cash. Absolutely unacceptable.
Came here for the first time with my husband yesterday. It was absolutely amazing. Wonderful atmosphere, service was amazing. My husband got the Baja burrito. And I got the nachos . Best nachos I have ever had in my life! You can tell they make everything on site . Will definitely be back again
Flavor! Flavor! Flavor! Everything was full of flavor. Yum-my! We took a chance here based on other reviews, and it didn't disappoint us. ???? Great customer service. Quite a few food delivery drivers stopped in to pick up orders. It was very clean inside, which is important.
Update: This restaurant has become disappointing to me. The California burrito is supposed to have beans, rice, chicken, salsa, onions, tomatoes, and cilantro. I kid you not, I opened this burrito after taking a bite.,.No beans, no salsa, no tomatoes, no cilantro. There was only chicken, rice, and one grilled onion. I just don't understand.
Sometimes the food is salty, sometimes is more bland, sometimes they mess up details on the order. They did go up in prices at least twice in the last year. For example, the burrito used to be $8 and now it's $12.50 and lower quality. The chicken is terrible.

So good we came back the next day!
This place – new to the area – has the best tacos in the area.
The chorizo was spot on. The beans had so much flavor. The rice was soft. The tortillas tasted homemade. We're talking limes, soup that tastes like home for your heart, and tasty crispy shells. The chicken was juicy, too.
This has definitely become our favorite taco spot...and we've tried a few places to find one in and near Detroit.
The service was also great. The people are light hearted and fun to talk to. There's an outdoor patio and indoor seating. There's one child's seat, which was great for us.
Parking is available right next to the restaurant.
Delicious as usual. I had Birria tacos dinner style with rice and beans. Everything was very flavorful and hot. I dined in and the cashier will bring your food to the table It is a small and quaint place. Very good for dining alone. There are multiple tables so if you bring a few friends it's okay too. They having assortment of a desserts available for purchase so I purchased some tres leches cake to bring home.
They Got Jokes! Love that the employees have a sense of humor. Feels like a fun atmosphere to hangout in. I don't know their names yet but the women who finished taking our order and waited our table provided awesome customer service. Super friendly, funny and she made us feel very welcomed. To top it all off, the food was top notch. We will be returning soon and I will update our review.
I ordered the Shrimp Taco Dinner. It was great. You get 3 tacos beans and Mexican rice. I loved the rice it wasn't bitter like some make it. The drinks are can and bottle, but that's OK with me. They do a big take out business. We ate in. The waitress was very attentive even though she was handling the phone orders and the pickups. We will be going back again. If you are in St. Clair Shores area and looking for a bite to eat, they are on Greater Mack, a few blocks south of the Post Office on the East side. Give them a try. I think you'll like it.
