I have loved Amigos since I was a kid, so I always have decently high expectations when going to eat at any location… However, my experience at this particular spot somehow exceeded all of those. The girl taking our order and handing out the food, Jenn, was so pleasant and thorough from the minute we stepped through the doors. She asked questions while taking our order to make sure everything was correct; she offered us water cups to go with our meals… Then, per usual with Amigos and its food, our meals were delicious. If I could give six stars, I would. Thank you, Jennifer! (Also — it’s quite lovely having the salsa bar back for dine-in customers.)
I recently had a very disappointing experience at your drive-through. I ordered a side of ranch, but it was missing from my order. When I asked for it at the window, I was given a very small portion, much smaller than what I usually receive for 50 cents. When I questioned this, the employee rudely replied, "not my decision," and shut the window, not allowing any further discussion.
Frustrated, I went inside to address the issue. The same employee greeted me, and when I asked for someone else, she claimed there was no one else available. I explained that I frequently visit this location and always receive a larger side of ranch. She dismissively said I didn't ask for the larger side.
This level of service is unacceptable. I expect consistency and respect as a regular customer. Jennifer clearly doesn't have an ounce of customer service in her and I would be gravely disappointed to see her in the future!
Jenn took our order and also gave us our food she was amazing we had our five kids with us and she even offered to help us fill the kids drinks to lend a helping hand. She was helpful in even spelling out ice cream that came with the kids meals as to not ge them over excited before dinner if I could give her ten stars I would. amazing to see good service is still around and I hope her managers get to see this review pass along how good of a job she is doing
Simple and inexpensive tex mex food. Hits the spot every time and they've never messed up my order.
The taco salad is filling and tastes great with either the ranch or zesty ranch dressing. The quesadilla burrito is delicious, especially with the side of queso.
Seriously a simple and yummy lunch.
DON'T USE A CREDIT/DEBIT CARD THEY STEAL YOUR CARD. I just had to cancel my debit card because this location stole my information. I was charged $17.62 on September 26th and was not working anywhere near this location. Never will I eat at amigos again.
Order my wife a Sasuage crossiant and ended up with a half cooked egg and cheese no sausage anywhere. Why bother even making it at all. Tried calling and all it did was ring forever. I will not be going back and will let everyone I know of the service the provided.
Just moved into the neighborhood. I don't know if I have ever had Amigos before or not? It was pretty good for fast food. Their ranch is really good, and spicy salsa is restraunt level. I had the grilled burrito, and it was good.
It was alright, I asked for no beans and still got beans but not the worst thing ever. However, the very last bite of my burrito contained a chicken bone shard. Ouch.
