Rob has helped me in the drive through the past 3 mornings. He is always pleasant and cheerful. The food is delicious. I've not had any issues any time I've been here. I work in the area so it's very convenient for breakfast and lunch
Good breakfast Mexican food style. The sausage breakfast burrito was filling and tasty. And the tots were pretty good, too.
Food was cold and I just got 2 hard shell tacos and some nachos and the guy messed them up, I said no guacamole and he put a lot on it and I asked for extra enchilada sauce and it was cold my tacos were cold and now you have to pay for Pico which you never had before. I probably won't go back ever again. Not happy about the service nor the fact my food was extremely cold, and my friend got a taco salad and her shell had a huge hole in it. I gave up on waiting forever to get my food heated up. You guys have lost a lot of business. Please make it right or else you have lost a lot of people. Yes I will report you company to the health department. Then you guys had roaches all over your mild and hot sauce and Ranch not at all clean. This one was on cornhusker. NEVER AGAIN. I HAVE DONE ENOUGH FOOD SERVICE AND ITS NOT EVEN GOOD ENOUGH FOR A ANIMAL TO EAT AT.
this place was the coolest looking amigos i’ve ever been to! i really appreciated the woman who was interviewing individuals … she was so helpful & nice to us and i wanted to write a review to show my appreciation towards her. she let my mentee & i sit in the place that was supposed to be for employees only because the kiddo really wanted to sit there, then assisted us with making sure tables were clean for us to sit. she also got us napkins when there was a spill and was just super kind to us, even simply making conversation with us in between her duties ??? like what & so much more that i didn’t mention, but it’s really the little things. she never once was rude or seemed annoyed, but seemed joyful and glad to help us with anything we needed. even though i’m horrible with names lol i hope she knows her service was absolutely wonderful & doesn’t go unnoticed. may the good Lord continue to bless this business abundantly!
I recently visited this Amigos (on Cornhusker Hwy) and, unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the outset, the customer service I received was lacking in professionalism and basic courtesy. Both staff members (Isabella & Christina) that I interacted with was dismissive and unhelpful, which made resolving my issue unnecessarily difficult.
What was most concerning was the poor attitude displayed. Rather than addressing my concerns, I felt that my needs were brushed off, leaving me frustrated and disappointed. I was treated with impatience, and it seemed as though the staff did not value my time or business.
Customer service is a critical part of any business, and I believe there’s significant room for improvement in how issues are handled and how customers are treated. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works towards creating a more positive experience for future customers.
Myself and my Girlfriend went in to dine in at this Restaurant and literally she ordered first and it was Requested of her if she can have 2 sides of cheese she told the Restaurant worker that’s taken the order she wants 2 sides of cheese and he didn’t put on our order then I go up as the boyfriend frustrated with it because that place has messed up my order a lot and it’s pathetic how I spose pay for Cheese when I paid close to $40.00 dollars of food and the guy is not friendly at all . I’ll not be going here ever again. They need be re trained on how to make food and also how to treat their costumers this one did not treat me and my girlfriend nice at all. The cheese should been added in the first place anyways.
They got rid of the salsa bar and the food was more expensive than the Chinese Buffet. Needless to say we left and had Chinese food. Never going back.???? They did bring the salsa bar back but that doesn't change my mind about eating there.
My husband is now in the ER after I gave him the southwest chicken salad and two crisp beef tacos.
