We stopped for some lunch and found Amigos not too crowded and easy to get into. The facility is clean and nicely decorated. Bathrooms are well stocked and functional.
They have both an outdoor and indoor bar. We sat at the inside bar and both bar and kitchen service was quick. Beers were cold and the bartender mixed a custom cocktail for a local sitting next to us.
I had the grilled shrimp tacos and they were delicious! The Chicken enchiladas looked good but were only ok, a little dry and not much flavor in the chicken.
Definitely recommend a visit to the outside bar for a cool bev and snack!

Went here for a quick bite and some drinks. They had wonderful margaritas that I really enjoyed. My friend and I shared some tacos and we found them extremely yummy. The server was great and the place was cute.
Atmosphere is great, I tried the pastor and carnitas tacos. Both were significantly lacking authentic flavor. Price was considerably high compared to quality. I probably wouldn’t recommend this place for good tacos.
If you love fresh, homemade tortillas and fresh salsa and beautifully presented food, this is the place. Hands down the BEST Mexican in the area. Upscale-casual vibe. Friendly staff. Brenden was our waiter and he is fantastic. Can't wait to go back.
We’d been on a plane for six hours where we enjoyed a salty death snack mix and still had a few hours before checking into our place and we were starving when we saw amigos.
This not authentic Mexican taco truck fare. It’s for the American palette and that’s just fine.
Service is super friendly from top to bottom. Complimentary chips were out in a flash. These are salty, robust salsa delivery chips. My wife ordered the chicken rice bowl and thoroughly enjoyed it. I got two tacos, grilled shrimp and honey sriracha chicken. I defy you to find that one at a taco shop in Tuxtla Gutierrez. You won’t but these were tasty. The grilled shrimp and the fruit laced throughout were terrific.
Amigos 30A is an enjoyable place to get a meal.
Great food, in particular the rice bowls, and the tacos. Honey Sriracha and Rock Shrimp tacos are great. Atmosphere is very neat. We enjoy it and will be back. It is sort-of our go to spot if we want Mexican food in the area.
They used to have more protein options for the rice bowls, but took them off. I did ask them if they could do a modified order but said no. I asked why they took those options off for the rice bowl and they didn't really have a good answer other than the cooks didn't like making it, but they have heard requests to get it back.
As long as you know it's not "authentic Mexican" food, it's pretty good! The rice bowl was huge, and I had plenty of leftovers to take home. They reheated really well! Service was good, and the happy hour margaritas were strong!
One of our favorites every time we come to 30A. This weekend they had a live band in the entryway with extra seating to accommodate the holiday weekend traffic. The staff is always friendly and efficient. We were able to get drinks and chips and salsa while we waited for our table. The wait was much shorter than they said it would be. There are no bad choices on the menu. One of our favorites is anything with the honey Sriracha chicken. We got the quesadilla and burrito with this chicken and they were both fantastic. The bowls are another option if you do not want tortillas with your meal but still have the same great flavor and a little extra rice. This is a must eat place when you are down in the area and want to enjoy some fantastic, Mexican food and a great atmosphere!
