The steak burrito was the best I’ve ever had. If you want amazing Mexican food, Amiga’s is 100% the place. Qdoba and Chipotle are imitation Mexican food and are bland versions…period!
A friend brought me here. I was pleasantly surprised that this was not just an ordinary Mexican restaurant.
The staff were super friendly and the food was SUBLIME!!
Their Mexican corn shaved in a cup was one of the best I have ever eaten. I will go back regularly for just this dish!!! ????
I then had the chicken tostada which was super thin and crunchy and super delicious.
Their salsas are delicious and their corn chips divine!!
You will certainly see when you look at their menu that this is no average Mexican joint!!
This will for sure be "my" restaurant when I crave Mexican here in the Northwest suburbs. YOU HAVE TO TRY THIS PLACE!!
Great meals! He had beef fajitas cooked to perfection. I had enchiladas rancheros. Servings are huge. We’ll likely get two more meals apiece. We’ll come again.

I buy $1 tacos every Tuesday and they put half of the amount of meat they usually put on Tuesday of meat?? Not worth buying $1 tacos anymore. Had more onions and cilantro than meat? I ordered over 20 tacos and they were all like that!!
Been coming to this place a lot but lately feel like they’ve been slacking. Now i know they have $1 tacos Tuesdays and Thursdays but come on.. I didn’t know that’s the new $1 tacos.. hardly any meat.
And then on top, called the restaurant to place my order for pick up and was told that my order will be ready by 20-25min at the most.. went and picked up my tacos and had to wait another 30min.. ridiculous!!!!!!!!! And when u asked them about your order they seemed to have an attitude … like??? are u for real??? Tbh, if ur in for some great tacos.. i rather go to “mezquite” the one behind the starbucks or the seafood place.: even tho both places have $1 tacos on WEDNESDAYS only - it’s worth every single penny you got. #JustSaying #JUSTHONESTREVIEW
Great food but one server has low customer service. You must repeat the things you need and she easily gets frustrated at the customer. The young server is the opposite always with genuine smile and exceptional service everytime .
Also this is the 2nd time that nachos and tostadas are not fresh; they are not crunchy when you bite them.
That was bad experience I just had right now with the girl on the phone .I was making my order just to late her know I don’t want the fish to dry. She hang up the phone on me . I think is was mistake I call again she hang up again, I call again she hang up just because I was telling her I don’t want my fish to be dry. I don’t usually left bad reviews in business but that was too much for me.
