Best WLM Reviews

Went in the other day with my son to have a little lunch date. Erin was our server. From start to finish she did a great job. Was moving around the whole dining area constantly checking on guests and making sure their drinks never got below half bringing boxes without having to ask...just a really good employee with a great smile on her face. I have been over the years and had kind of stopped going because service was subpar and food was just ok, but I will be back k after this visit and I will be requesting Erin as my server.
New brunch Saturday & Sunday 10am-3pm. We went for Mother's Day. Such a pleasant variety of items for brunch. I loved how they've tied it back into the basics of Amici! Breakfast pizza (with egg!) breakfast wraps, bowls, and some other unique items (Grannies Sammie). We didn't try everything but what we did was really good. I loved that I was able to add veggies to my breakfast bowl! Oh...and the Mimosa's were great too!
Amici has always a been a great restaurant! I love everything from the pizza to the subs and everything else they offer. Riley the catering specialist helped me with my order and she went over and beyond to make sure that we could get everything delivered to a hospital even before the restaurant wasn’t even open yet. The Italian sub was a hit and so was the salad. Of course the pizza too. If you ever need catering or just want to go have a good meal, I highly recommend Amici’s in Monroe.
Picked up food. The girl that brought it out looked said it was right. My wife ask meatball pizza? She said yep. Get all way home. Pepperoni and meatballs. And WELL done I can’t eat pepperoni called. Called restaurant ask same girl did u not see the pepperoni? She said no I was in a hurry. I seen mashed up meatballs. wife said u said it was good. So she offered to give us money back on just the meatballs. We still can’t eat it it was COOKED WITH PEPPERONIS on it so it will hit the trash can. We did get wings and a pepperoni pizza but the pepperoni pizza was for someone else here. The wings were typical Won’t be back. Forgot or ad the that brought food did offer refund the manager is the one who made the decision instead of getting on the phone and asking any questions just assumed we was wanting a free over cooked wrong pizza
Point is it was not what was ordered we know mistakes happen. It’s the whole I was busy. And the lazy manager
This place has never been great, but it’s really gone downhill since the new general manager started. She is always drunk. She treats her employees terribly. Beyond that, the food is overpriced and not good at all, and the restaurant is absolutely filthy if you ever get a glimpse of the kitchen or behind the bar. Avoid at all costs.
I’ve always enjoyed dining at Amici’s, but my most recent visit was a truly awful experience. One of the managers, I believe her name was Johanna, began shouting at the young woman who was bringing our food to the table. I was completely stunned, as I’ve never seen anything like that happen in front of guests before.
The server, who was clearly upset and in tears, politely asked the manager to speak with her in private, but the manager refused and continued yelling. To make matters worse, the argument appeared to stem from the manager’s own personal issues rather than a work-related concern.
This behavior was utterly unprofessional. It’s unacceptable to handle conflicts by berating employees in front of paying customers. Someone needs to address this issue with the owners to ensure that problems are resolved calmly, respectfully, and away from public view.
Our waitress was amazing! Very professional the whole time we were there. Other staff extremely rude. And they may want to save the pot smoking for after work. Just a suggestion.
The pizza was very good and the salad was delicious. The service was just ok. We had empty drinks quite a lot and dirty dishes that didn't get bused even with a few visits to the table.
