Best WLM Reviews

I can't say enough about my experience at Amici! From the hostesses that we encountered, to the servers that helped us, to the General Manager who came to check on us at least 3 times... TOP NOTCH! This was THE BEST Italian food that I've ever had and I've experienced quite a few very nice Italian restaurants. It's quite obvious that the Chef and Kitchen staff are well trained.... from taste to presentation, and portion size... TOP NOTCH! I wish I stayed closer so I could frequent this establishment, but needless to say, Amici will be at the top of my list of restaurants to visit on my next trip to St. Augustine!
While attending our annual Marine Corps Bulk Fuel Reunion in St Augustine, 14 of us decided to have dinner at Amici's Italian restaurant. Our Old Town Trolley tour driver recommended we give it a try. We all showed up without any reservations. Since it was Prime Rib Monday, several had the King or Queen cut. Others had Italian entrées. Everything was absolutely delicious and prepared perfectly. Our wonderful server was Hailey. She was very polite, professional and just a Sweetheart. She took care of all 14 of us, along with other tables. This was definitely a 5 Star dining experience all the way around..... Highly recommend Amici's Italian restaurant....
We got here and all we knew was that we were hungry. Bryan was our server and we took his suggestions. From the Prosecco to the Corn Ribs to the absolutely phenomenal Scallops with spinach and corn risotto everything I had was perfect. My husband was not as happy with his chicken alfredo but only because my dish was so much better!
This is an excellent restaurant if you love Italian food!! I am gluten free and they were able to accommodate very well with fettuccine noodles! My husband ordered the chicken Parmesan and he said it was delicious! We would absolutely be back the next time we are down here!!
All of our dinners were made perfectly! There were 3 of us, for appetizers we ordered fried mozzarella and had the white chicken chowder(please keep this on the menu). Fried mozzarella never lets us down and the chowder was amazing! Not to forget about the fresh baked bread and garlic herb dipping oil!
Then came the large manicotti, shrimp alfredo, and chicken Parm! Portion size didn’t disappoint and flavors were on point. See pictures below.
We were greeted with smiles and our waitresses Sam was attentive and polite!
It was a wonderful dinner and you will definitely continue to see us. Thank you.
Well if you like to chit chat for a hour plus before you eat let me tell you, this is the place for you. The pasta was good but cold and the shrimp I got was so salty I was glad I had a beer to take the edge off. Seen the waitress as many times as I seen my father who left when I was 4 years old.
This was our first time. We dined in with friends. Our waiter Brian was amazing. The digital menus are a stroke of genius. The bread and dipping oil, was absolutely delightful. I have tried this at other places, and this was the best so far. I like that you can customize each entree. I had the angel hair pasta, with marinara sauce, and meatballs as big as a tennis ball! This is a must stop in Saint Augustine. We will certainly be going back again.
We visit a few times a year and were over for night's of lights, downtown was so busy we gave up on pizzalley's and headed over to Amici as I've heard from many locals this is the place to be for good Italian food. While I can't say we were entirely disappointed, I don't think we will be back. The fettuccine Alfredo was very bland and noodles were so over cooked they couldn't not be spun in the spoon without breaking which made for a difficult meal, my husband was happy with his chicken parm but did note the sauce is definitely on the sweet side. Their garlic cheese bread appetizer was very good but that and our service was the best part of our visit. Our server was top notch and on his game. Great service, bland food.
