Best WLM Reviews

Food is great, service is better! Our server Ashlee was the kindest and perfectly attentive server I have ever experienced. She had great recommendations from the menu and clearly cares about her customers. Without her recommendations, I would not have known about their fantastic Prime Fries (a must try for everyone)! Amici’s definitely benefits from chefs who season well and never over cook anything! Everything made it to our table in a timely manner with Ashlee perfectly timing our drink refills and making sure our meals were correct. When there was a moment when one of the members of our party seemed unhappy with their dish, Ashlee was quick to correct the problem and had a new plate to the table in no time. A little more menu variation would be appreciated, but is only a minor drawback at this wonderful locally owned restaurant.
Our meals were excellent, especially the portobello ravioli. Our server was attentive. The atmosphere was nice.
I went in on the ravioli special night, but they were out! So I ordered the cannelloni with sausage, but I asked for the mushroom sauce instead of the bolognaise. I LOVED IT! I have never tasted anything like it anywhere else. I took my best friend, who hates mushrooms... she thinks it's amazing too!
Make a meal of it with a Ceasar salad.
I get this wonderful combination every time I go in. In fact, now they just ask me if I want my usual!
Chelsea, the bartender, is amazing. Her creations are very tasty, and her personality is warm and engaging. I love her to bits and I eat in the bar whenever I can.
The experience was absolutely wonderful. The food was great, the waiter was super friendly with great chat. Wait time for food at 3:30pm on sat was great. The adult beverages are remarkable, 2 set me straight. The food was delicious. Can’t wait to plan another date at this location.
Photo is the dinner; smoked salmon fettuccine Alfredo. Absolutely delicious.
Husband ordered the lasagna, he really enjoyed it and finished it shortly after.
The resteraunt was overall okay but had several things that were questionable for me
Astmophere:
Pros.Nothing overly fancy quaint restaurant friendly staff overall decent spot tad on the pricey side for what we had but not outrageous
Cons: walked in around 2pm only 1 or 2 other tables in the entire place empty dinning room so I was a tad confused when they sat us in the only booth overwhelmed with sunlight had lunch with the sun in face entire time . Also brought my toddler to the bathroom to change her and the changing table is not short people friendly, it was hung so high the table laid flat at my chest and im 5'2 seemed super odd.
The food:
Started with appetizers I ordered the fried zucchini chips and they were neither bad or good they were kinda bland supper mushy inside perfectly crispy outside? Lacked over all appeal but the ranch was on point!
My husband ordered the calamari starter. He enjoyed most of it what I tried was less than desirable the fried calamari rings were weirdly pale and wildly over cooked so chewy tough and bland! The deep fried baby squid things were cooked absolutely perfectly texture was perfect flavor was nice and balanced the dipping sauce was the best part of it !
Main course was okay.
I ordered the seafood manicotti
First off you expect manicotti when it is supposed to be stuffed manicotti but it was a lasagna noodle with ricotta folded over and topped with chucks of what might have been salmon but can't confirm because I've never had salmon with that texture or super salty flavor be but it was definitely only slightly above "edible" the shrimp were neutral nothing notably bad nothing notably good and the sauce was so stringy and also weirdly runny and overpowering on the dish
0 out of 10 would not recommend this dish
My toddler ordered Mac and cheese with French fries pretty simple right!? And it's an Italian resteraunt with Mac and Cheese on the pasta menu so I thought it would be like good homestyle Mac and cheese... It was not it's was kraft Mac and cheese like you'd find at Dennys. But that didn't stop it from being almost 11 dollars
My husband ordered the prime rib and gnocchi.
Over all according to him everything was good prime tips were overcooked and super tough so that was a bummer but everything else was cooked perfectly great flavor only big complaint was apparently some type of crumbled cheese in the sauce that was very sharp but he ate all of it said 7out of 10 he'd eat it again!
I just wanted to express how amazing this restaurant is and their staff. We spoke with 4-5 employees whether it was greeting, asking questions, or getting our food served. Each and everyone of them was so kind, and helpful. We were so grateful for the service we received. Everything was perfect and it was the perfect date night after experiencing a loss in our life.
you guys are great and we will be back soon!!
The service was warm and friendly but the food... The food was blah my ravioli was super rubbery and salty from sitting under the warming lights and my husbands was overly hot with no flavor. When I passed by the kitchen it was a bunch of (college aged) kids joking around in their with a huge mess. I had high expectations for good food but was sadly disappointed. If they improved on the consistency of the food coming out it would be a winner because the service was really good.
Four of us had lunch. From the start, our server was great. She was friendly, energetic, and attentive. When our final guest arrived with his three year old son, our server got him a kids menu and crayons to color, along with a plate of veggies and some ranch. He was a happy camper. ????
My chicken picatta was great. My buddy got an amazing looking French dip on toasted chiaba bread, the other guys got the soup and sandwich and a pizza. We also ordered a side of fresh bread and seasoned butter, which was awesome! Everything was very tasty. Looking forward to going back again.
