I have never felt so heard during doctor’s appointments. Nurses and doctors alike actively listen to any concerns and I’ve never felt rushed or like they didn’t care. Amherst Family Practice has been wonderful! And the front office staff is so pleasant and kind - especially appreciated when you’re not feeling so well!
Emily is simply the best. Always makes me feel like I'm her only patient. She is always responsive to any questions either in person or patient portal. It's a pleasure to see her. Amherst has great front desk personnel for ease of checking in and out.
My dealings with AFP are nothing but good . My PA is the best , Emily , I couldn't have any doctor or specialist any better than her. She meets my every need and is so good with elderly people like me. I have no special needs right now. Thanks. I must add that the gals at the front desk are always pleasant and anyone saying that they aren't are wrong. Either they've been nasty to the gals or they've done something bad. Never have I heard that they've been otherwise not have I witnessed it. Thank you.

Outstanding and Professional care from Emily Russell. She always takes time when you have an appointment. Great overall staff from the front desk to labs and the nursing staff.
This place is nothing but a drug pushing entity. I had an appointment with Dr Morse, third time seeing this lady. During the visit, I told her that I stopped taking my blood pressure pills because low THC hemp keeps my blood pressure under control better than the 2 blood pressure pills I was on, which weren't working. Her advice was to take another f-n pill. I don't think this sit well with this lady, as she tried to say I was impaired because my speech was slurring... Off hemp. Seriously?? I've always had speech problems and this lady tried to shame me for it. I think they have listening devices in the rooms, honestly. Something is going on in that drug house and someone should look into it. Something isn't right. Maybe do some research on the effects of hemp vs marijuana so you don't look like idiots.
Very friendly, efficient practice. April St Laurent N.P. is not only extremely kind, but knowledgeable and will make sure you understand what's happening and she will dig deeper to ensure you are taken care of. The nurses and front staff are wonderful as well. I feel very comfortable at this practice.
Since my first Doctor Retired the Doctor I have now has been Great. He has always been very helpful and caring.
Amherst Family practice is patient centered and provides excellent service. They are accommodating and efficient. The Pharmacy is supportive of my immediate needs. Dr Ripley is a great doctor who listens and looks at the whole person. He's respectful and caring.
