Thank you KRISTINA!!! We had the absolute best time celebrating our son’s 4th birthday with you guys! From the moment we arrived, the beautiful setup with his name and decorations, your attentiveness and bright personality, the food and all the games, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! You handled my large group with such ease and enthusiasm Kristina, and I thank you so much for the joy you helped to bring to my son’s day! We will definitely be back again and personally requested your section! Thanks again!!!
I feel completely ripped off by this place.
It says $10.99 per game plus $5.99 for shoes. Great. Turns out it's $10.99 PER PERSON, per game. It cost me and my girlfriend $50 to play two bowling games. Additionally, one well drink, one order of pretzel sticks and a basket of fries was $35. then the tip.
For a family of 4 to play ONE game of bowling is $72! ONE.GAME. Then $44 for every ADDITIONAL game. That's a $200+ night for 4 people to bowl. Really, I am sick to my stomach, and it wasn't the fries.
Overall we spent $100 for 2 games of bowling and some fried apps. I'll repeat in case you missed the point. $100 for two games of bowling, one watery drink, and 2 appetizers. We should have gone to get dinner and a movie. Would have cost less and would have had a much better time.
When did bowling cost $22 per game for two people? Let me repeat that bowling at Bolero costs $22 per game for two people not including the shoe rental. Then they had the option to tip the person that rang us up and gave us our shoes, PS he was not friendly at all and did not say anything other than the total and our lane number.
Don't think I'll ever go bowling again.
We had our company meeting there. The staff took great care of us, the food was great, and staff was proud of the food they prepared. Great customer service and friendly people. Made breakfast and lunch for us. Great team building experience. Awesome job AMF staff! Thank you!
A great way to spend a rainy day with my family! Management is awesome interacting with us, and the staff is friendly! Not to mention they have good food! Our favorite is wings and funnel cake fries!
Best managers here. We couldn't figure out the scoring and Staci came down to help. She was very nice. Place was clean and the food came out and looked just like the menu!! Looks like they re-paved the parking lot so it looks great!!
Don’t eat here, it’s dirty. Literally saw a roach crawling on the old dusty carpet! Also they are very racist! This staff needs some diversity training. Literally had staff ask why I’m being so loud and ghetto? Who says such things to people? I will not be returning to this establishment AT ALL!
I was very disappointed with this place when the manager told me that I could not bring baby milk or water for my baby girl. This happened Sunday October 13th 2024. I can understand no food policy but denying me to bring my baby food with me is ridiculous. I was a regular customer but today is my last day and will never recommend this place to a friend.
Terrible experience…the only fun part about it was the bowling itself. The person at the counter was very rude and had walked off for like ten minutes without saying anything to the customers waiting in line. How are you only going to have one person doing the game and shoe rentals on a busy Sunday afternoon? Once he came back he seemed annoyed and gave us our lane number and nothing else after we placed our order. He didn’t even ask if we wanted bumpers knowing we had a child with us, didn’t even tell us which direction the lane was in. I haven’t been bowling here in over ten years, how am I supposed to know as a new customer who has never been to this location? Then when I ordered a Pepsi it was nearly 6 dollars and didn’t even come with ice. One Pepsi…that’s just robbery. Only reason I ordered was because my kid was thirsty. The girl took our card and it took her ten minutes or so to return which made me nervous. Then towards the end of our second game a lady walked up to me and told me that was her son at the table we were sitting at and that we were at the wrong table and told me that our table was back there. Again, how am I supposed to know that??? I wasn’t paying attention to the numbers on the table and I’m new to this place. Plus it’s dark. I didn’t know I sat at the wrong table when it was clearly in between the lanes. We are paying customers. I will never be back here again, I will go to the bowling place in Hampton from now on.
