Excellent service. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. After receiving our food Teresa, the floor manager came around checking on tables. Which I personally appreciated, that was unexpected coming from a bowling alley. It shows that you really appreciate your customers. We will definitely be returning. Thanks for the awesome night!!
Lots of fun. Staff was very nice. Don't go on a Wednesday, it's league day.
Enjoyed the whole vibe and set up of this AMF bowling alley. The employees were friendly. If you dont come during their special deal times you will be paying per game per person. So for two people and for 3 games we ended up paying 38 dollars. Luckily, we had our own shoes. Will definitely have to come back during their special deals time so I can have more time to enjoy bowling.
The beer was cold. The music was good. The AC was NOT AC'n.....but we had fun, and will most likely be back for another date night
The lady at the front desk was super rude, we ending up leaving to go to a different bowling alley. Prices were super expensive, so were the drinks. If this place wants to stay in business I suggest hiring happy people and maybe having happy hour.
Our family had do much fun!! Even the smaller kiddos enjoyed themselves!! Staff is wonderful, was very helpful at getting our group set up. Would definitely recommend visiting here!! We will be returning next year for our Family Reunion in Texas!!!
I used Groupon and got unlimited playing time for 6ppl for 2 hours .. clearly I didn’t read it completely because I went on a Saturday around 7 so my Groupon was invalid . The older male at the counter snatched my phone from my hand nd proceeded to show me on my Groupon were it said this .. I didn’t mind saving it but his attitude and motion was off putting .. I almost left .. but a younger black male came over to help me when he seen me about to leave and asked how could he help .. I bought a lane and 2 games food nd drink after the switch of energy honestly people should care a lil bit more about costumers.if u don’t want to work just don’t come in ..

So, a fun day at this location with my twins was simply amazing!! We were able to check in with Teresa and she was VERY attentive and gave us the best value for the time and activities we were wanting to participate in.
We took our lanes and and began bowling. This was a 1st time bowling for my sons so they had a BALL. I let them win the 1st game (wink wink) before showing them dad is a true competitor.
Our food was delivered shortly after starting our 1st game along with our drinks. We played 3 games before the boys played at the arcade. After all credits were spent we thanked Teresa and left home. AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!
Now, the table turned for us when I got home and realized that I left my earbuds at the facility. I called a little after 9p and was told that the buds had not been discovered and to call back tomorrow. I told the gentleman that I understand if he's busy, but I pinged the location of the buds and they are showing there. He repeated for me to come tomorrow and hung up. I decided to drive up to check for myself. When I arrived there was a group of kids at the counter that left as I walked in. I informed the young man of who I was and me making the call prior to coming up. He told me that the buds had not been turned in again and that I could go and look around the lane myself (which I did). After discovering that they were not at the lane, I walked and asked again. He didn't try to help find them nor did he care (from my perception).
Another young man came behind the counter and I asked him if anyone had turned in earbuds and he quickly asked me what kind they were. He then opened a counter right behind the young man that answered the phone and handed me the earbuds. I thanked him for helping me recover the buds and I am forever grateful for him LOOKING for them. I also told him that sometimes, its all about who you ask.
The reason this review was a 3 star was solely on the merit of the young man that was working in the service industry that didn't want to provide service.
If you want to have FUN bowling at a place that has a great atmosphere and very clean you should come here.
