Went bowling for New Years and had a great time. The staff were amazing and so welcoming and kind. The buffet was so good and a large variety and the soda was endless. It was a group of younger people and were so polite and friendly. I definitely recommend this place to those who are looking for party ideas. The place was clean as were the bathrooms and that is always a plus.
The staff is incredibly friendly! We have been there several times for family get-togethers and they remember us!!! Bathrooms are clean! We will be back!
This ally is one of the nicest I’ve been to! I rarely post but the bartender went through so much stress and she was amazing! Even when a couple harassed her she remained very nice. Would come again very soon!
Had a good time here, updating this. We were helped by Phil, he did an awesome job and is always so nice and very welcoming every time we visit. I will recommend this location to my friends just because of that. Also Brian always does a great job here !! Just wanted to give them both a shout out for their hard work. We really appreciate it when we come to bowl.
Love this place 10 stars staff is super nice and friendly the shoes are good not all grippy bartender is super nice friendly and knows her stuff lanes are good only thing I wish is they turn the music up so you can hear it love this place ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Big space, multiple lanes..
The only thing is our lane. The pins kept getting stuck, so we had to be moved to a different lane. After that, we had no issues.

We come here so much! Been coming since 2019. Like my boys come 2-4x a week and probably spend hundreds a month here. Today 5/19/24 we decided to join them. We bought 2 lanes, as we were only playing one games while boys played more. Since we were only playing 1 game, also ordered food. Well, here's where they will get their horrible/rude review. Harry the person, that doesn't "want to loose his job" tells us: You can't have your water bottles here.Fine, I put them away in our bag, granted I am eating FOOD/DRINKS I bought in there. He comes back by seconds later, you need to leave - you can't have outside food or water here.
Great, we leave and WILL NEVER COME BACK. Customer Service is the pillar of success! I advised, Harry what a rude jerk he is, I understand policies, but your tact and rudeness and "I ain't losing my job for you" comment is out of line and uncalled for. Management, please think about Customer Service training and policies. If you have your employees, thinking they can be rude to people because, they are fearing losing their jobs - it's pretty scary. Was his intent there, I would hope not - but his demeanor seemed that's his go to way of acting. Sadly, we will take our leisurely funds elsewhere. I hope this provides some thought on how you run your business.
Also, some others with "lighter skin" had outside water bottles and they weren't told anything. hmmmmm...I hope Harry isn't picking an choosing who can have water bottles. I am an honest reviewer. Look at your cameras...pick who you choose to have leave or not.
