A great place to bowl ! Staff is very friendly. They have a great snack bar with full menu. The waitress staff is very helpful and always on time. I’ve been bowling in the league there since September 2023. Highly recommend. !!
I am A kitchen supervisor, at a restaurant, I understand how it feels when this time to go home yet it shouldn’t feel as if You have no customer service just because it’s time to go home. I would never bring my family here again thank you thank you The people are very rude I do not recommend this place for a family experience! No Way!
Great atmosphere and kid friendly! They offer a wide list on the menu. Pizza, chicken, burgers, and tacos. You can host birthday, corporate, and social events here! Prices are not bad and they also have a small indoor arcade. You can skip lines by reserving your table online. They are hiring for a list of jobs!
Great place to bowl! Good prices, good lanes and really nice staff and has one of the prettiest girls in Norfolk working doesn't hurt. l Haven't tried the food yet but probably will on my next night I go. Would definitely recommend!!
We were here today 12-4-22 for a child's birthday. The staff did a great job getting the kids shoes and setting out the food for the kids. All the lanes had bumpers on them that the staff popped up so the kids could knock a few pins over. The facility looks nice inside and it's evident they keep up with the facility even stopped to use the restroom and those looked very nice. Will stop here again with my family at some point.
I had to wait 25 minutes for my funnel cake fries. My cookie was cold and they said it comes like that and at least it’s fresh. My friend waited 35 minutes for loaded fries just to not get all the toppings they have on it. They have terrible communication and they told us the longer we stare the more it looks like it’s gonna take the man had told us to come back in about 10-15 minutes. The lady had yelled at us and told us to leave and to come back longer and these other people stole our fries but they weren’t even ours and just random peoples. My Cookie was Raw and she had the Nerve to say it was fresh even though it was sitting out on the counter. It was horrible and one of my friends about to cry because she was starving and they didn’t give refund for my cold cookie and funnel cakes. The Arcade games claw machines are rigged.
Nice, easy atmosphere. The staff was friendly and super helpful. Not many arcade games but still a fun spot for all.
It doesn’t give Bowlro but it’s cute
