We held a birthday party for my 16-year-old daughter at AMF last night and had a wonderful experience. Thanks to last minute planning on my part, I missed out on some of the discounts that were being offered on the website. When I explained what had happened, Kathleen (the owner, I think?) said not to worry, she would personally make sure we got the best deal she could give us. She was as good as her word! Kathleen was working with two men named Steve - one was in training and the other was a server. All three of them were warm, friendly, and helpful throughout our whole evening. The bowling alley was busy, but they were all very attentive, constantly asking if we had everything we needed (and making sure we did). Our daughter and her guests had a great time bowling, playing arcade games, and enjoying food from the snack bar. It was an enjoyable evening all around, thanks especially to the exceptional customer service we experienced. A huge thank you to Kathleen, Steve, and Steve for making it a wonderful night for us!

Went here to spend some time with my family, on Maui there is no bowling alley so we thought it would be fun to let the kids try it out. Atmosphere was great, staff was helpful, food was good too. A bit pricey but we don't really know what prices should be. All in all can't put a price on the fun the kid's had and the memories they will keep forever.
Was so much fun! Good food, great vibes. Our server Steve was awesome! Had a great attitude and was super patient and friendly. Just a tad pricey but it’s worth it.
Super friendly and helpful staff. They are very accommodating to the Special Olympics community with bowling and snack bar discounts. They are very much appreciated for the additional bowling “session” when SO had to cut back the schedule due to lack of funding. Thanks guys!
Honestly one of the best bowling experiences we’ve had! The staff was amazing (especially Kat & Rose), and went above and beyond for our family party. Everything was nice and clean, and just overall a great atmosphere! We will definitely be back! Thanks again!
It's a good place but we must have the worst timing....seems like we tend to go when there are no lanes available, often. And since people can reserve lanes online now we might not be going nearly as often. We get off work at varying times, whenever the work is done, so we really can't make reservations and know that we can be there on time. Drop ins take a chance on no lane availability, but it's good place when you finally get one!! Thats why I gave it 4 instead of 5, but most of the staff are great and it's in our neighborhood so it's good.
Their summer pass deal is insane. I paid $40ish and I can bowl 2 games a day until Sep 2nd with free shoe rentals.
This bowling alley has my favorite table layout, it seems a little confusing at first but it keeps you a more comfortable distance from the lanes next to you.
Also I bowled a Turkey for the first time!
I just had my 45th birthday celebration there and the customer service was A1! The manager Scott and server Ethan took excellent care of me, my family and all of our guests! Absolute wonderful experience for all and I even got to have my favorite movie played on the big screen above our lane! I could not ask for a better experience. Scott and Ethan are definitely valuable assets to the Bowling alley and overall company. Those guys handled a fairly decent sized crowd with professionalism, care, attentiveness and were personable. They created a memorable customer experience and assured our repeated returns in the future!
