I was thoroughly impressed with the level of cleanliness throughout the property. From the moment I entered the lobby, it was evident that hygiene is a top priority. The front desk area was immaculate, and the staff greeted me warmly. My room was pristine, with crisp, fresh linens and a spotless bathroom free of any grime or mold. The small touches, like neatly arranged toiletries and a clean, odor-free space, made a big difference. Even the basic furniture was in great condition, adding to the comfort of my stay

Clean and Quiet. Far enough away from highway to provide a quiet stay. Duvet covers on beds, not nasty bedspreads. Good linen’s and towels. Average breakfast, typical of hotels at this price point. The coffee was mediocre, but a coffee pot is in the room that was decent. Felt it was a good value for the money.
Absolutely do not stay here. Terrible experience from all aspects.
To start, we recently had a wedding block reserved, they price gouged, some of our guests said they were trying to get nearly $400 a night…
We arrived Friday, and after a long check in process, we were told where the carts and Elevetor were. Loaded up two carts full of wedding supplies, just to find out the elevator is out of service, and has been for (4) days. No signs or communications stating this. They then moved us to a 1st floor room, opened the door and it was filthy - had not been cleaned from last guest.
They didn’t grasp the issue that we had elderly people in the wedding block and were not able to use stairs.. they didn’t post any sign until we asked them to about the elevator being out of service. Had to take it amongst ourselves to begin swapping rooms for the elderly guests.
Then moved us back up to 3rd floor. Arrived in the room and just made do. AC was off in all corridors & rooms, nearly 85 degrees and arrival.
Turned the AC on, besides the rattling, it absolutely stunk of must / mold. Inspected the filter and could clearly see it hasn’t been cleaned in quite some time.
Went down to pool, literally scum caked to the tile at the water line in both the hot tub & pool, as many other reviews stated, no towels in pools. Bathroom light in pool was out except for one bulb.
The manager was rude and not helpful what so ever. It appears that they may be living in the hotel? Had pets and other household items behind the counter.
Lastly - they are clearly either paying or creating false reviews.
Would absolutely not stay here, find anywhere else.

I had a fantastic stay at this motel, and I can't say enough about the exceptional service I received. The front desk guy was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive from the moment I checked in. He went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, providing great recommendations for local dining and always greeting me with a smile. The room was clean and cozy, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. I highly recommend this motel for its excellent hospitality and top-notch service.
Extremely unprofessional. I called to complain and was very nice luckily, they told me to get out after a week of being there with no room service or anything, they said if I complain, they don't want us back and they also said they're calling the cops on us to make sure we didn't destroy the room (mind you, we didn't destroy anything. We waited over 3 hours just for a remote and we have everything recorded. We didn't ruin anything. Made us take out our own trash and redo our room. House keeping never came once)
