This motel was the perfect spot for a quiet and relaxing weekend. The rooms were cozy and modern, and I appreciated the attention to detail in keeping everything so clean. The breakfast was simple but fresh, and the staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. A great value for the price, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

I don’t feel great about writing this review. My experience here yesterday has inspired me to share.
I’m aware that in a 2 star hotel you get what you pay for, but since this hotel is in a fantastic location and has some decent reviews we figured we’d give it a shot?
Building was a little run down but clean, same was true with pool.
When we opened the door to our room, we discovered a variety of insects having a nice get together.
There was also a damaged smoke detector dangling from the ceiling from a wire, and holes in walls repaired by stuffing toilet paper into the void?
We elected to cancel our trip and return home due to the issues, and are struggling to recieve a refund despite the assurance of a refund by the front desk staff.
All in all our fun little get away was ruined by our choice of hotel
Hello, my family visited the St. Croix Falls location, only having to check out immediately. Exposed electrical wires, stained sheets, mold stains, hair on sheets, a smoke detector hanging from the ceiling by a wire, a door to the outside that did not latch, and downright filthy conditions overall. We were charged for the stay even though it was too dangerous for my family to stay there. When asked, the manager “Nick” stated that we used the facilities, which he lied about and said we used the pool and the sauna. We used neither and the front desk staff knew this because we denied any pool towels when she asked us. The pool was also filthy and disgusting. This was such a horrendous experience for my family after traveling many hours for a family vacation. The customer service here was atrocious. When I called and asked again to speak to a manager they once again refused. I filed a corporate complaint. I typically do not leave bad reviews but this place is dangerous for kids and the epitome of terrible customer service. The photos included don’t even do justice to how disgusting it was. This is the absolute worst experience we’ve ever had.
The room was spotless, well-appointed with modern amenities, and had a cozy yet luxurious feel. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the linens felt high-end. Despite being a motel, it truly had a 5-star hotel vibe, with attention to every detail, including complimentary toiletries and fresh towels daily.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this motel and I must say, it exceeded all my expactations! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Without hesitation! I highly recommend this motel to anyone seeking a comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable stay.
Absolutely terrible experience. We called and asked if we could check in early so we could get ready for a wedding we were going to and they wanted to charge us extra for that. I’ve never had that at any other hotel. The hotel is very old and outdated. There were bugs in the entry way and the hallways are dark and dingy. The room was small and uncomfortable. There were only 2 pillows on the bed that were paper thin. When I asked the front desk for more pillows, the guy gives me one pillow and says that’s all they have left. He then tells me not to smoke in the rooms and that I should go out side to smoke. I politely told the man that I do not smoke. He then very rudely tells me that he can smell it all over me. Again, I do not smoke and the entire building smelled like smoke, so I’m not sure why he tried to blame it all on me. I will say the room was actually pretty clean though, that’s about the only nice thing I could say about it. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone and I would stay far away from this place.
