DONT STAY HERE! |Nasty rooms, bugs, hair, crumbs in bed, Air conditioning did not work I 1st room we tried. 2nd room was better but no plugs to plug in your devices tub didn’t drain while showering. We worked over night and came in at 6 am in the morning and were going to sleep until checkout at 11. By 8:30am they were knocking at our door to clean and we didn’t answer so they came in the room. This happened 2 more times before 11. At that point the Owner working the front desk threatened to charge our card again. When we left ( no shower) I went to turn in door keys I told him that the cleaning crew came in 3 times since 8:30, he said that was his policy with the cleaning crew, and said that no one usually stays past 8 am. And if I didn’t like it, stay at another hotel. So we did and went to HASKELL INN it was wonderful. Rooms were clean updated nice everything, cold air. Sheets and towels smelled like you would clean them at your house.
The Inn is just off the highway. The rooms are spacious. I almost wanted to load the mattress on my car. I haven't slept that good on a motel bed in years. The AC kept me cool and comfortable. The eggs, sausage, waffle, and drinks were fresh. I have family a few miles away. But it is worth the extra drive knowing I have an excellent place to stay without interrupting the family sleeping arrangements.
This was a great motel to stay! The family who own the business are lovely and super helpful. We had originally booked another motel down the road who had overbooked and no longer could accomodate us. As stressful as that was, Sam was so lovely and was able to take us in with 5 rooms - it was a blessing in disguise. Rooms are clean and just what you need - great high pressure showers too! They also have high speed internet, which my partner could use for work when he really needed it. Would highly recommend this place!
We got in late and were not able to check the room. The next day we noticed the sheets had blood and bugs were found on the mattress and sheets. I woke up itching where I had been bit. I reported it to the front desk and have not heard back from them.
Don't stay here! Roaches and hair on the floor. John Wayne toilet paper. Stains on the sheets. Overall dirty. Air conditioning was not turned on, so the room was hot. Crappy hotel, sleep in your vehicle!
This place is full of drug dealers all night long 1:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. slamming doors, talking as loud as they can, throwing beer bottles in the parking lot. You'd be better off sleeping in your car you'll get more sleep
We stayed one night and were pleased. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The room was clean. The price was reasonable ($85) and they served breakfast. There is also a restaurant across the street that serves home cooked meals with reasonable prices.. burgers were 8.95!
The shower pressure is so strong it almost knocks you down and hot water is excellent! Bed was nice and soft no bed bugs. Will stay again!
