The food was AMAZING! Service was impeccable! Hostess, not so much. When you approach a hostess at a restaurant, one expects some sort of greeting and something along the lines of 'How Many?'. Not this girl. All we got was "How many I help you?" I just kinda looked at her like, hello! We wanna sit down. After about 30 seconds of ???? I said - Two. ????
Server was awesome! Food came out quick, hot, and delish!!! My parents joined us after about half hour. She was quick to the table, quick to get their orders, and quick to get the food to the table.

Absolutely amazing place for food and drinks. There are lots to see and do nearby before or after your meal. The outdoor patio area how a smoking and non-smoking section, and even some live music on the weekends. Haley was waitressing during our visit and was probably one of the best waitresses we’ve ever had. Definitely worth a second visit.
Great food, perfect place for lunch. The Lamb burger is one of my favorite burgers in the area. The Gyro plate also offers a little taste of meat, salad, and rice and is perfect to share with someone else as a snack. Outdoor area is covered, service was friendly, and they usuallt have some sort of entertainment.
We went to Amerikanos for a late lunch with a big family group. They were busy but sat us pretty quickly. Our server was terrific. She was very attentive and filled our drinks with us even asking. She even let us photobomb the neighbor table who had her take their picture. Lol. The atmosphere was nice. Cool modern vibe. Smaller than I anticipated but nice place. Well definitely be back.
On to the food. This is what each person said about their meals.
Greek Gyro Plate was good but Tzatziki was a bit watery.
Steak & Cheese Pita - Amazing. Love it.
Chicken & Cheese Pitza - Amazing. So good
The Spinach Pie was delicious and flakey.
Fish N Chips was good. Fish was fried nicely, cooked as it should be. Lots of places don't get it right these days. These guys did. Tarter was just right on flavor too!
Kids menu only had 2 items. Kids Cheeseburger or Kids Chicken Sandwich. Kids Cheeseburger was right on for a kid. From an adult perspective, the kids cheeseburger was plain and a little dry. My kids love ranch and their ranch was made perfectly.
Go try it out.
Oh and get the cappuccino martini (if you like martinis)
Well service wasn't the greatest and we weren't overly impressed with the food. Our waitress said she would be back in a minute to take our order but took about 15 minutes and we didn't see her anywhere in between. She never asked if I needed a refill and didn't ask if I wanted a drink to go. She did not bring us our food, had to ask someone else for our checks and a to-go-box. Brought a single check over so we had to ask to have it split. She was plenty nice, just seemed to lack basic waitress skills. The food just was okay in our opinions. His gyro was more of a salad as it didn't have a much meat in it and my burger just lacked flavor.
On our recent family trip from Michigan to Florida this August 2024, we visited my Aunt and Uncle in the Villages and they took us here for dinner. Very, very good food. Our waiter was just fantastic. Friendly and courteous. Outdoor dining and the scenery was beautiful.
Even though the weather was a bit angsty, we opted to dine outside, and it was perfect for us. There was live music, and we had a very attentive server that did a great job answering our questions and giving recommendations. Portion sizes were generous (we took home leftovers) especially my cut of mahi mahi and my partners gyro meat and salmon topped salad (he added the extra salmon not knowing the protein portions would be impressive), and I especially enjoyed the mule made with fig vodka. The shrimp appetizer was also a big 10/10 for me. Very flavorful and a great start to our meal.
Was a windy one out on that patio, but the servers and bartenders did an excellent job clearing tables quickly and snatching up menus and napkins as they randomly took flight, lol. A great lunch experience and atmosphere overall.
Stopped by because we heard the live music going on…good vibes outside.
The Calamari was gummy and not cooked enough for our taste. The fish tacos are fair.
My husband had the Greek plate, he ate the meat and left the rest. The rice was tough as if it came from a box.
The presentation was good though. But we won’t be back. Mediocre food for what they charge.
Our server Nick deserve a shout out. He was great.
