Took a chance with this hotel because it had many bad reviews before, but this place is under new management now (Now called Comfort Suites actually) and has gone through some major renovations. Friendly and attentive staff, affordable prices, complimentary breakfast, awesome room! Would come again for sure and would recommend.
No vending machines. No coffee maker in the rooms. No bucket for ice. Pool is closed and filthy. The bed is comfy. WiFi isn’t working. Glad my company is paying for this cause I wouldn’t.
DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU ARE DISABLED! The hotel staff are great especially Ms Itza and housekeeping who assisted me with my wife's comfort, but the entire hotel is being remodeled and it's not easily accessible for people with mobility issues. The location is great the rooms that are available are large and quiet. If you need just a bed for the night then the hotel is close to the mall and all the brand restaurants. I will be more than happy to return when the remodeling is complete. Just be warned
We stayed here last night with my two med and large dogs. They charged a $35 non refundable pet fee for each dog. There was some grassy areas around the lot. Unfortunately despite what Google reviews say, the place is still under construction. The lobby and first two floors are being renovated so there are workers, chemicals and strong paint smells throughout those areas. Then the service from staff was next to nothing. They didn’t even know if they had wifi when we asked for it. They also made several excuses to why the tv signal wasn’t working. They were all very unhelpful. The pool is full of green sludge and not open at this time. There is no ice or water machines. The parking lot is open to whoever and unsupervised. However the room we got was newly renovated and had a/c. The bed was comfortable and there is only a shower no tub. it also came with a refrigerator. The other thing to mention was that there were no hangers or cups or anything else placed in the rooms. Only 2 pillows for a king size bed. It was all unfortunate and they still charged us full price even though there was no amenities and all those issues were taking place. Would I stay here again, probably not.
Extremely bad service, would not recommend coming here. It is unsafe the elevator makes really ugly noises. The rooms are extremely dirty and stained. The light in the bathroom did not work. Left immediately will never be coming back here. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Pool isn’t working no breakfast. Extreme renovation without letting know before hand.
If I could give this place 0 I would there's roaches bugs all up in my room. Me and my wife felt them crawling on us in our sleep... honestly would have rather slept in the car with my newborn wife and me in a tiny car. They have dollar store pillows. Don't pay attention to the amenities they have. No breakfast is served. No anything....we had a room with a key pad ...might I add...all you have to do it put in the room # twice to unlock those doors. The carpet? Don't get me started on that one .. decided to walk around in shoes the whole time because our feet would turn black. This place is not worth the money you will be spending. Go somewhere else. There's motels that are in better shape than this place.... management will NOT pick up the phones. I called them 5 times without them picking up...and I'm glad I never called again because I have very choice words to say. All in all ...save your money ...don't stay here it's not worth it. Not even for a day.
Floors in the room were super dirty.
There were 6 lamps in the room and only 2 worked or even had bulbs.????????
Seems to have been fairly recently cheaply renovated however the smoke alarms seemed to have been ripped off the ceiling.
Booked the room on line and the photos of the hotel do not match the description.
The furniture is so dirty and bad conditions.????
We spent six hours and a half to cross the border.????
We only needed a cleaning and comfortable room for a night and we didn’t have.
For us the price didn’t work it.
My brother booked a room for my parents and when they went there the card key was not working. It took 4 hours to fix the situation by changing their room. They said they were remodeling so don't go. You will get scammed. They will treat you poorly and the front desk lady was lazy and didn't want to mop a sticky room and she said the others where occupied and couldnt give a room to my parents. I want a refund!!! Not worth the time and prize.
