They are renovating the buildings the ones available are clean and since I have started staying here there have been no pest. They have weekly pest control come and spray in every room. They are affordable and quiet and safe for the area very impressed!!
Nice location, quiet and beautiful environment. Nice staffs. Many locals rent rooms here. It’s much better comparing with apartments. There are a lot of house keepings, cleaner working around hotel, construction worker prepare the hotel outside and inside. Some locals living there for many years, that caused very difficult to clean the rooms, and the staffs working very hard to clean the rooms.
I've been here almost a year. Staff doing their best to get place in order. I have had to move several times and they're continually trying to make sure I am happy. I'm having some issues with the inappropriateness of some of the people who live here but I'm grown i know how to move around. I don't have any bad things to say. Could be cleaner but they are working hard to improve. You get free Wi-Fi and I will definitely suggest this place especially if u have issues finding an apartment. I am pleased and I will be back if and when I leave. I have had a great experience.
I have been staying here at Amerihome for 3 years. I used to stay here about 6 years ago as well. The rooms are very big clean and nice. It's not a regular hotel room. It has kitchens in every room.They are remodeling rooms every day. It's quiet allot of children playing in the pool.NOBODY has ever gotten shot or killed here. Something like that would be public knowledge, you can look it up.
Not horrible. Been here 5 months and things have improved. The room is just right for me at this time. Seems expensive but with no extra bills and friendly house keeping, it works for me. Love the Wi-Fi and big screen TV.

Don't know if it's just long term guests but the house keeping has become hit or miss.
Supposed to be once a week but you're lucky if it's twice a month.

It's a nice cheap place to stay if you need extended type stays. It's older and could use some upgrades. Which they are starting. Friendly staff. Only wish they were more pet friendly. I was told no pets. Then after checking in I saw lots of people with dogs. I would even pay extra for the privilege to have my dog with me. But other then that awesome rates.
Disgusting! Had to change rooms 4 times due to the rooms being filthy. Upon finally settling for the cleanest room, which I still had to clean completely with bleach due to it having dirty counters pee still splattered on the toilet and a weird residue on the bathroom sinks. I noticed a huge blood spatter stain in the bedroom my husband and I shared, and more blood spatter in one of the closets. The front desk lady with the gold teeth tried over charging us for the room which we found out later on. And apparently nobody had occupied that room for a year.
Disappointed. The pictures are very deceiving. There was no toilet paper, 1 towel, hand towel and was cloth, in whick it was literally black from mascara or grease!
There was no towel for the "marble" floor about died slipping on the floor.
The neighborhood is very shady looking. The outside of the hotel is great.
Front desk was slllooowww.
Not recommended even for cheaper price.
