A Delightful Dining Experience at Amerigo!
I had a fantastic time at Amerigo in Nashville! I ordered their pizza, which was perfectly cooked and delicious, the shrimp and lobster bisque was outstanding creamy, rich, and unforgettable. The bread with oil is to die for and a perfect way to start the meal.
The restaurant was full, which added to the lively ambiance, but I definitely recommend making reservations to secure a spot. The warm, inviting atmosphere paired beautifully with the festive Christmas decorations, making it an extra special experience.
If you're looking for great food, and a cozy holiday vibe, Amerigo is the place to go. Highly recommend!
The food was delicious and the service was great. Joshua was our sever, and he looked after us. He made sure everything was what we wanted. They have a lot of options on their menu. You get a lot of food with your order. They have good views. This is a great Italian restaurant. I would recommend them to everyone looking a delicious Italian meal.
Simply amazing!!!
One of the best restaurants I’ve try in US.
The taste is excellent and service is also very professional and courteous. The size of meals is big and the prices are very accessible. I recommend to book a table in advance to get the full experience.
The server started out really strong asking all the right questions with my gluten allergy only to bring my salad out with croutons ????
My friend enjoyed her steak/mashed potatoes/asparagus.
My pasta (Imperial) texture was perfect but the dish itself lacked flavor, though the bacon pieces (when properly cooked, not fatty) added nice texture.
My friend and I were there to celebrate my birthday gifts and all but 0 acknowledgement from the staff.
Lastly, it was hours before realizing I left my debit card at the restaurant. My friend that took me to lunch was still in the area but b/c I had an early flight 11/16, I was going to have her pick it up for me and provide her name at the restaurant. They refused which ultimately led me calling my bank to report a lost card. I was not going to drive 1.5 hours round trip before an early morning flights due to their lack of flexibility. So on my birthday weekend I'm without direct access to cash.
For this reason, lack of customer service (debit card and disregard for food allergy) and flavor in my dish specifically, I will not be returning.
[There was also a party of 8 that the restaurant allowed two children 2/3 to run around. One fell and busted his head open. It was not a peaceful lunch]
Outside signage and building looked old, faded, out of date and I wasn't sure I wanted to try them. Boy was I pleasantly surprised! Inside is clean, beautiful, tasteful decor. Service was perfect and the food phenomenal. We ordered non alcohol mock-tails that were wonderfully presented and well made. Our starter was Bruschetta, which we get often if restaurants have it. The large chunks of tomatoes were different, bit very flavorful and there was a generous amount of cheese, which we love. I had the Wild Mushroom Ravioli and couldn't stop raving about the flavor. Sauce was OMG good. My daughter ordered the Three Cheese Tortellini with shrimp - a bit spicy for me, but she enjoyed the dish. This is my new favorite restaurant in Nashville!
Excellent Service from our server, Aiden! Very professional and great at what he does! He definitely made sure to check back in multiple times and made sure we had everything we needed! Hot Bread ahead of the meal is of great quality and the food was amazing! My mother had the Chicken Parmesan and I had the Pasta Carbonara. Would recommend both!
This is probably the best Italian food I've ever had!!! With that said, the calamari was just ok. Nothing special about it, but everything else was amazing!!!!!!.
The bruschetta was the best ever! Cheesy, gooey, roast cherry tomatoes AMAZING!!
Shrimp bisque (amazing), creamy, shrimpy, tangy, and lightly spicy!
The salad was very good, fresh, crisp, and had a good dressing.
I had the ribeye steak (I know, what was I thinking!) it was excellent.
Wife had the mushroom ravioli, it was amazing, so flavorful but not overpowering, creamy sauce.
Our friends had the chicken Alfredo and it was also amazing!!!
We got a tiramisu and it was also very good.
Service was excellent our waitress was attentive and very nice.
I HATE RECOMMENDING THIS PLACE BECAUSE I WILL PROBABLY NEVER BE ABLE TO GET A TABLE AGAIN, BUT IT IS SOOOO GOOD THAT THEY DESERVE ALL THE BUSINESS I HOPE THIS REVIEW BRINGS THEN, now I just wish they had one in Los Angeles......
My first time getting out of the box and trying a different restaurant.
My biggest concern before arriving was the parking since it’s downtown Nashville. I had zero issues with parking. They have free parking for customers and a nice clean parking lot.
I went inside and was told to sit at the bar since I ordered from google. The bartender then brought me a water, very polite of her, she told me it would be a couple of minutes more. So I enjoyed the water and music ???? while I waited.
Let me just say… the food was amazing!! I went to centennial park down the street and enjoyed every single bite. MY GOD, was this good. So many different flavors just bursting onto my tongue. WOW!
I really enjoyed every part of this experience, will definitely go back and try other meals.
