Best WLM Reviews
The great location doesn't justify staying here. The positives are that the desk staff were nice and the beds looked newer and clean. I can't comment on the shower because after looking at it I refused to use it. In the morning I saw roaches in my room, one above the tv, one on the fridge and one in the bathroom. That's a deal breaker for me, won't be back.
Resort like hotel...as in LAST RESORT. Whole place smells like stale cigarettes, funk and mold. Sticky, filthy carpet so I kept my shoes on except when in the bed or shower. Bathroom and linens were clean. Beds and pillows uncomfortable. Holes in the blackout curtains and they didn't close. Cigarette holes in the 90 year old shower curtain and burns on the toilet seat. I suspect the a/c filter has never been changed. Woke up coughing several times so can't imagine someone with breathing issues making it through the night. Couldn't wait to check out first thing, but hey...we were running behind schedule and getting into town late so at least we had a place to shower and sleep. Polite office staff.
The hotel is out away from town, so you have to drive a few miles to get to anything good. No pool, no breakfast, nothing extra. The hall smelled like cat pee and the carpet was kind of sticky. The bathtub had a big crack with 50 pounds of caulk stuffed in it. The sink had a huge crack as well all along the bar. The beds are hard as a rock. I found a sticky rat trap behind the dresser. Definitely the cheapest room for a reason. The walls are paper thin, I could hear the guy next door to me snoring. The room had a view of weeds and a mobile home dealership next door. The room smelled like mildew. Curtains rings were broken so they couldn't shut all the way.. The only good thing I can say is it had a decent sized fridge and microwave.
If there was a negative star to give this place, it would still be too high. There was NOTHING about this hotel that made it suitable as a business. The bed in the room had blood on the mattress and the pillow. The floor had something sticky in front of the bed. The whole building smelled of what I imagine to be a mix of a brothel and dope house. We went to the front desk to explain that we would not be staying, but since the kid at the front desk was high as a kite, that caused a whole new set of issues. This is ongoing, and I hope it gets worked out quickly.
The room smelled like dog and pot. The carpets were dirty. The heater didnt work and we had to ask for a blanket as there wasn't one in the room. Unfortunately, there are only 2 hotels in Elizabethton. Next time, I'll stay in Johnson City.
The halls smelled liked old cigarettes and dog urine, I had to hold my breath while walking through them. It was obvious the hotel hasn’t been remodeled since the 50’s. Pool wasn’t open and they didn’t seem to have plans to reopen it and no breakfast. Run. Run in the opposite direction.
Lady at the front desk was nice enough.
Great times.looking forward to my next visit.. especially if my pick is there....the next OFn fanzly night.. definitely Cumming..I missed tonight's important business... orgy parties are loads of fun
this place should be condemned. It doesn’t even deserve one star. Safety safety there I felt my life was in jeopardy for 24 hours. The big drug facility. Cigarette burns in the carpet in the chairs on the bathroom sink. Tears in the carpet, tears in the curtains, so unsafe. Beware beware do not stay at this location.
