Arrived on time by appointment on Sunday morning, checked in fast and easy. Staff is friendly, especially Shadelys. I had the wrong conf. number, and she helped me out to find the right one. There is plenty of space to maneuver.
Decent place all around .. gate opens at 6am they’ll get ya before ya app time if possible really nice clerks ,esp the girl with black and blonde hair.. I’ve ran into. Her at other facility as well always smiling and nice and may I add very attractive.. so if you happen to see this I’m available ????
Very very nice friendly staff in office so park your truck first and then go to check in office and also go appointment time . You can go 2 hrs early from your appointment time so i read some reviews they said go early some review says one day early but I suggest to you go appointment time they don’t have night park so when you check in they they gave you door or wait for call and whe they done then forklift driver come to you and give all instructions so i love this place
8 hrs waiting to be unloaded , finally when I'm doing my trailer inspection, they hit my wall of the trailer, and they said "we didn't do it" .... pssyz's
I had a 1200 load appt, I arrived at 1000am checked in and giving a door immediately they started loading me at 1100. Really nice ladies at the checkin window, vending machines, restroom and small drivers lounge available (had free coffee and water with a tv) operation from 0700-2300, no overnight parking allowed (reason for 4 stars instead of 5)
Friendly receiving clerk.
Plenty of room for backing and maneuvering.
All I have done here is drop and hook so I don't know about the loading or unloading time.
Big sign at end of driveway says no overnight parking.
Great place to PU/DEL. Always fast and professional. Huge lot, easy dock. Vending and clean bathroom. Only reason lost 1 star is due to no overnight parking. Rumor is Americold building facility down street does offer overnight so if that's case let me know and I'll give the 5th star.
No overnight parking , although they have no gate. They came in at 615am, and by 645, I was already at the door. By 800am, I was loaded and had my paperwork. Yard is huge and comfortable to back up, even for newbies like me. Receiving/shipping is right in the middle near door 101. Have clean restrooms and free coffee. It was a pleasant surprise to find associates smiling and even joking at 0630 on Monday morning. Great job, guys!
