Amazing stay!!! The lobby was beautifully decorated and so cozy. They have a coffee/tea/cocoa stand available to grab a drink and enjoy by the fireplace.
Breakfast was top notch. Pancakes, waffles, eggs, sausages, breakfast potatoes, biscuits with gravy, yogurt, fruit. Probably one of the best I've ever experienced. Good quality and good variety.
Loved the room. Comfortable and clean. We had a balcony facing the forest. It was peaceful and we spent mornings and evenings relaxing there with a cup of tea. The balcony is worth the extra money.
Last but not least, really cool pool area. There is a hot tub, regular pool with basketball hoops, and a kid's pool area. After 10pm, no kids allowed, so you get the whole place to yourselves. It feels like a spa then.
We stayed here for a family get together. We booked online and got a great deal. We called and asked if we could have our rooms on the mail level due to some of our guests with a walking disability. They were very helpful and made sure we had a close room. The decor of the hotel was cute. Some of the staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. Other people working there were there wearing baggy sweatshirts and not helpful. The beds were comfortable. My only complaint really was that the bathroom were very outdated and felt gross. Also the coffee cups in the room were so cheap that the bottom fell out of the cup and spilled all over on my husband's lap and stained his pants. The pool options were nice. The large pool had basket balls and hoops but was very cold. The kid pool kept my kids busy and was warmer. The hot tub was a good size. Very hot. But a great hot tub. There was a small game room and that was enjoyable. The vending machines were outrageous. $2.50 for everything. I think soda was $3. Breakfast was OK. The thing I thought was unnecessary were the signs of "absolutely no eating" posted all over the lobby. That was the first thing you see when you walk in. Why? So tacky. I did like that once you check in they text you and say if you have any questions or needs just to the text. Cool features. Price was good. But rooms a little run down and I was uptight in the lobby with my kids because of their signs so when we come back to the Dells, maybe I find a different place.
The hotel was very nice. The atmosphere was welcoming, and everything was clean and looked good. The room was as expected, and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool. The two basketball hoops were fun. The kiddie area was nice. The hot tub was a good size. The breakfast was phenomenal: lots of hot options! It was easy to get to all the attractions we wanted to go to.
The hotel honored my request for a quiet room away from noisy neighbors and machines. We slept very well, having enjoyed the pool earlier in the evening. The facility has made efforts to remodel recently. Everything we saw was very clean. We found the room rather dark, possibly as an energy efficiency effort. Breakfast was adequate with pancakes, waffles, and a few other hot choices. Surprisingly, they have a bar available, supplied with a few canned cocktails, beer, and some wines, but all the wines were a bit dry for my taste. So not a full scale bar with an official bartender, but some alcoholic beverages available without having to leave the premises. 3-4 chain restaurants available within 1 mile. While on highway 13, the hotel is set back from the road, which helps tremendously with road noise. Would stay again. Not sure how it is in peak season, but great in November.
Wonderful hotel. Very comfortable rooms. Could have used an additional towel rack in the bathroom Breakfast was good. Would have preferred an earlier check I time. Travis (front desk) was wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay again when we come off-season.
Only complaint was the eating area was not large enough and they didn’t keep the food filled, people were walking up and away mad. The hotel seemed to be more worried about banning smoking, then kids taking over the hot tub. The bedroom and view out the balcony was beautiful
Overall our stay at this hotel was not bad. Reception people were nice and helpful. The room smelled good (which is not often the case in a hotel with a pool and humidity). The bed and pillows were comfortable. However, a couple of things would not hurt to improve. The hotel lamps directed at the windows, even with the curtains closed, created the impression that it was already morning and light outside.
Doors not shutting properly.
And the other thing is the seats at breakfast... it's just disgraceful. You don't let people to sit in the lobby, but you only have four small tables and one long one. There are a lot of people, they get angry and take food to the room.
We had a great room overlooking the forest with a private balcony.||||however, BEWARE-if you think you left something in the room, get with then immediately and press the point. I was told they did not find the missing wallet in the room. However, credit cards were used yet that day and the next. If not for this, I would give them my highest rating.
