My wife and I went on a quick anniversary trip out of town for the evening. Upon arrival it seemed nice, greeted and checked in quickly. Friendly staff, very helpful. Had to use the stairs because the elevator door was stuck. Not a big deal. Room smelled and looked clean. Got settled in and decided to use the in room jacuzzi tub. Sitting in the tub for a bit, nice and relaxed until looked over and found a used needle sitting nicely under the faucet!!!! ???????????????? total mood killer for sure. Took a shower, packed up and bailed. They gladly gave me a full refund and the staff was super helpful and apologetic but I wasn’t staying, immediately over it. I hope they address the thoroughness of their cleaning process. I’m sure it’s not typical and your room will probably be fine. I know things get missed sometimes when cleaning, but that’s nasty.
Room was great. "Addie" is fantastic-! The hot tub was actually very warm & the pool nice. It was a great stop. We would definitely stay again! |It was really the hotel highlight of our trip. & Felt posh after alternating staying in our vehicle. The room was clean and the coffee and the continental breakfast always ready to go first thing. Thanks!
This is an older hotel but very clean and well worth it for the price point. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. I caught the first shuttle to the airport at 3 am and it left on time. I have absolutely no complaints and will stay here again when I travel back to Colorado.
Great Overnight Stay, we flew into Denver and arrived quite late, we needed an overnight room and some of the other hotels reviews were not that great so opted to prebook this hotel. The late check in was not a problem and the room was clean and tidy. The staff were very helpful as one of our luggage cases was still at Heathrow, they provided us with some disposable toiletries. In the morning Breakfast was served early, it was simple but to a good standard.
Overnight worker Robbie was awesome... we got in at 7am and we were so tired from driving from out of town so our check in wasn't til 3pm Friday but Robbie knew we was tired and let us check in early. He's the best and he made sure that we got everything we needed. Breakfast was good we will definitely booked this hotel great customer service all around. Thank you AmericanInn Colorado for one of the best hospitality!!!
We had a late arrival because our flight to Denver was delayed. The man that checked us in was super friendly and wonderful conversation. Our room was clean and the bed was deliciously comfortable (loved the pillows). Thanks for a convenient, affordable option for our stay!
I appreciated that the pool was open until 11 and the breakfast went until 10am. Most hotels seem to close the pool early and the breakfast doesn't go late. Rooms were clean and comfortable, service was good. As others have mentioned the thermostat switches back and forth, but we just set it lower and had no issues.
This was a great experience. We went to drop our daughter off for college. The hotel was clean quiet and close to the freeway which made getting places easy. The breakfast was different every morning which was nice. Pool and hot tub were clean and quiet. Definitely will book here again
