There’s a water slide on the property that was extremely fun to use. The pool and spa were clean and nice. Employees were very accommodating in turning the water slide on for us to enjoy. Their rooms are very clean, no unpleasant smells, and well organized to accommodate guests. It’s home away from home.
Stayed here for a few days at the end of our vacation. Great pet friendly option, lots of green space to run the dogs. *VERY* clean (normally hotel hallways smell a little funky, nothing but fresh here). Workers were always pleasant. Will likely stay again if we get back to the area.
Location is excellent. We were only five minutes from the downtown part of Munising. We got the king bedroom, and it was clean. The fridge is very small, so just a heads up if you’re bringing a cooler full of cold items. The bed and pillow’s were not great for us, but doable for just a two night stay.
We stayed at this hotel because of the pool, which was nice. The kids loved the waterslide & the water was comfortable. However, the pool is only open from 4:00PM to 10:00PM and the staff member who monitors the pool was on a serious power trip when we were there. Some kids were reckless on the slide, and she said nothing to them while other kids were reprimanded for something as simple as sliding down on their back. The room was nice & quiet, but it wasn't worth the price we paid.
Hotel was somewhat dated but comfortable place to stay the night. Hotel was quiet. The pool area was very dark and the hot tub was VERY hot. Couldn’t stay in it too long. TVs in the room were small. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Our first trip to the UP was wonderful! We stayed here for 3 days. Our boys loved the pool area and waterslide. I was impressed they even had a water slide attendant, making sure the kids were being safe. Only a few minutes from Munising. Highly recommend ????
Quiet Hotel, Breakfast needs some attention. Rooms were clean and comfortable. We stayed on the second floor and could not hear people above, below or next to us which was amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. ||Our only complaint was the breakfast. Coffee was hot water, they need to add the coffee. We are fine with limited selections, but make those selections quality items.
My friends and I came up in the middle of the night during a snowstorm. We were looking all over for a hotel/motel just to sleep at for the night and stumbled across this little gem! Staff is very kind and friendly. I will definitely be coming back!
